Horizontal split casing centrifugal pump set along with Electric drive set for fire hydrant system of capacity 137m3/hr (2283 lpm) at 70 m wc head .

Diesel engine driven horizontal split casing centrifugal pump of capacity 137m3/hr (2283 lpm) at 70 m wc head along with engine control panel consisting of indicators for cooling water temp etc and accessories l battery, diesel tank, tank piping etc.

Vertical inline multistage centrifugal pump -motor set for fire hydrant system of capacity 14m3/hr (206 lpm) at 80m wc head.

Centrifugal horizontal split casing pump along with electric drive for domestic water of Flow - 35 m³/h, Head 15m.

Submersible pumpsets: SITC of horizontal open well type submersible pump with monoblock motor design of 740 lpm capacity and 38 m head for garden water system as per the tender specifications

Air vessel (expansion tank) : Design , fabrication, supply, erection and testing of Carbon steel air vessel for fire hydrant with all required accessories as per technical specification

HDPE Water tank : Supply, installation, testing of storage tank made of moulded HDPE of 10,000 litre complete with inlet, outlet, overflow, drain nozzle , flanges, connectors, glass tube level indicator with isolation valve, manhole with hinged cover and other required accessories and fittings as per tender specification.

High velocity water spray Nozzles : SITC of velocity water spray Nozzles of K factor 18 & angle 80degree model HV-AS/HV-BS as per tender specification

Quartz Bulb detectors (QBD) : SITC of QBD detectors for high velocity water spray system for transformers as per tender specification

Fire water piping : SITC of GI seamless fire water pipe as per ASTM A53/A106 (underground /overground ) of schedule-40, including welding & DP test Complete with fittings, accessories as per tender specification.

Pipe: SITC of ERW hot-dip galvanized GI piping (heavy class as per IS 1239 & IS 3589) including fittings, welding, DP testing complete with all required accessories as per drawing & technical specification.

HDPE pipe : SITC of HDPE pipe grade PE 100 and PN 10 rating ( IS 4984) with fitting including cutting, butt fusion joining of following size pipe dia as per tender specification

Deluge Valve Assembly : SITC of flanged type deluge valve for DN 100 pipe size, complete with counter flanges, Electric trim, Basic Wet Pilot Trim with Test, Alarm Trim, Drip & Drain Valve, Pressure Gauges , Manual Emergency Release and necessary fitting as per requirement as per tender specification.

Gate Valve : Supply, installation, testing of following size Cast iron Gate Valve rising stem type for fire hydrant system with counter flange as per the tender specifications.

Gate valve: SITC of cast iron non-rising stem gate valve of following size complete with all required accessories and fittings as per technical specification

Non return valve : SITC of Cast iron Non return Valve dual plate type for fire services with counter flange of following sizes as per the tender specifications

Non return valve: SITC of cast iron check valve swing type of following sizes along with counter flanges complete with all required accessories and fittings as per technical specification

Butterfly Valve :SITC of flanged type CI butterfly valves with counter flange suitable for DN 80 HDPE pipe size complete complete with all required accessories and fittings as per technical specification.

Y-strainer: SITC of cast iron Y-strainer of following sizes along with counter flanges, nut bolts, washer, gasket, SS 304 filter element as per technical specification:

SS Ball Valve: SITC of stainless steel CF 8 flanged ball valve complete with required fitting as per the tender specifications

GM Ball valve : SITC of DN 25 size gun metal valve with all accessories and fittings as per tender specification.

Air release valve : SITC of Brass DN 25 size air release valve as per the tender specifications

Hydrant landing valve : SITC of Landing type fire hydrant valves (Single outlet Type) oblique Morris pattern conforming to IS 5290 as per the tender specifications

Fire Department Connection (FDC)/Siamese Connection: SITC of FDC (Siamese connection) 4 way valve including blank cap, drain valve and fittings required for connecting to main riser as per the tender specifications

Water Foam Monitor fixed on hydrant line: SITC of water foam monitor with counterflange as per technical specification

Hose reel with drum: Supply, installation, testing of high pressure rubber hose reel fitted on swinging wall mounted type drum of 20mm dia x 30 m long conforming to IS 884 (Type A) along with 20mm dia stainless steel shut off nozzle and suitable accessories as per tender specification.

FRP hose cabinet including hose pipe(2 nos) and branch pipe (1 no.): SITC of FRP hose cabinet of size 750mmX650mm X250mm or bigger, acrylic front glass door with lock and a break glass recess for keys with attached hammer, to suit the requirement of holding 2 no of synthetic hose pipe 15m length fitted with 63 mm dia , RRL Type B and SS 304L branch pipe with nozzle as per technical specification

Corrosion protection tape: Supply and applying of 4 mm thick anti corrosive tape for various sizes ( for underground pipes) as per tender specification.

Painting: Supply and application of synthetic enamel paint for pipes, support, equipments with approved paint with 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint as per tender specification.

Electromagnetic flow meter: SITC of electromagnetic flow meter suitable for following pipe complete with all required accessories and fittings as per technical specification

Pressure gauge : Supply, installation and testing commissioning of SS body 150mm dia glycerin filled dial type pressure gauge of following range with SS body, syphon tube & SS needle valve as per technical specification

Range : 0 to 15 bar

Range :0 to 4 kg/cm2

Range: -1 to 3 bar (Compound pressure)

Level switch : SITC of mechanical float-type level switch integrated with control panel (item no 33.0) as per tender specification.

Pressure switch : SITC of pressure switches for automation of operation of fire pumps as per tender specification

Differential pressure transmitter: SITC of Differential pressure transmitter including cupper tubes and isolation valve, accuracy of ± 0.1% and as per tender specification

Electric Power cum Control panel : SITC of electrical power cum control panel as per tender specification.

Control panel for Domestic water system : SITC of control panel complete with controller integrated with level switches and power panel as per tender specification.

MS Supports: Design , Supply, fabrication & installation of M.S (mild steel) structural steel supports for various pipes and equipments as per technical specification

Excavation of earth: Excavation of earth in hard rock/concrete/bituman road etc. by manual or mechanical method as per site requirement, backfilling the same after completion of work and disposal of left out earth /soil /rock as per technical specification.

PCC work : Casting of plain cement concrete (PCC) of composition of 1:2:4 ratio with supply of cement, metal, sand etc. and as per technical specification

Valve chamber: Construction of valve chamber of size 1.2m x 1.2m(approximate size) x 1.5 m(height varying to suit site conditions) as per technical specification .

Chequered plate: Supply, fabrication and installation of 6 mm thick MS chequered plate cover on top of valve chamber(item no 37.0) in two piece with suitable MS frame as per technical specification .

Hume Pipe : Supply, laying of RCC spun pipe of I.D. of 250mm as per tender specification
