Supply of STANDARD make , 10 stage 250 KVAr APFC panel , cubicle type , made out of 14/16 SWG-sheet steel, dust & vermin protected ,suitably ventilated for cooling , complete with power & control wiring with multistrand copper wire , duly powder coated with Siemens grey shade RAL 7032 and consisting of following switchgears : 01. Incomer 630 A, TP, MCCB: 01 no. 02. RYB indication lights: 01 set 03. 0-500 A Ammeter with ASS and CT: 01 set 04. 0-500 V voltmeter with VSS: 01 set 05. 600 A TP aluminium bus bars with neutral link for control circuit 06. 12 stage micro processor based APFC relay: 01 no. 07. MPP type capacitors, 440V, 3 ph: 250 KVAr 08. Capacitor duty contactors as per KVAr rating: 10 nos. 09. Stage protection MCB- of suitable rating: 10 nos. 10. Stage ON indication lights: 10 Nos. 11. Cooling fans with MCB : 02 nos.

Transportation of the panel to the site and unloading of the same with hydra/crane etc. as required at site

Installation of the panel including civil work, if any , alignment of the panel with exiting panels and grouting with nuts and bolts as required at site

Supply of 400 sq. mm, 3½ core, aluminium armoured cable, 1.1 KV grade -make Havells, KEI, Paragon or any other ISI marked

Laying of 400 mm sq. cable in the trench /ground/wall with necessary hardware etc, as required at site

Making of end terminations with brass compression glands and aluminium lugs

Supply &Fixing of control CT 400/5A in the main bus bar for sensing of power factor

Supply & Laying of 2.5 mm , 2 core, multistrand copper control cable from LT panel to capacitor panel

Supply & Fixing of GI strip/wire for double loop earthing of APFC panel

Testing and Commissioning of APFC panel including following: a. Conducting insulation test of complete installation between phase to phase, phase to neutral and phase to earth. b. Programming of APFC relay for target power factor. c. Conducting of all function tests. d. Monitoring of power factor during warranty period.
