8480 REPAIRS TO WATER PROOFING TREATMENT TO RCC ROOF SLABS AND SUNKEN FLOOR TREATMENT AND CERTAIN OTHER MISC WORK TO CERTAIN BLDGS AT AFMC UNDER GE (CENTRAL) PUNE

Complete removal of existing old bitumenous tarfelt (water proofing treatment) including cement screed bed and PCC padding and clean the surface with wire brush and washing with water to achieve the original surface of slab all as specifed and directed.

M & L water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, walls, chajjas etc, shall be carried out as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.:- (a) M & L for 10mm thick plaster screed bed layer in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces by using Liquid Water proofing chemical @ 200ml per bag of cement. (b) Preparing plastered surfaces of roof slab, walls, chajjas etc, by brooming with broom sweeping free from dirt dust etc and evenly applying one coat of oil based cold bituminous primer @ 0.7Kg per Sqm of area complete all as specified. (c) Laying 3mm thick APP polymer modified approved membrane, non woven, polyster, weighing not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm with laps and overlaps as specified and joints sealed and applied complete by torch application method all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge (d) Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 Ltr/Sqm on the top of membrane surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only Liquid Waterproofing chemical.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates as in PCC padding in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded and chamfered on edges and on chajjas laid over RCC surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement includng necessary liquid water proofing chemicals @ 200ml per bag of cement all as specified and directed . (Note : Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 to bottom, side, top surfaces of RCC Chajja and similar situations at any height including providing chicken wire mesh fixing and coving with PCC 1:2:4 at junction of RCC Chajja and wall of any masonary with including liquid water proofing chemicals @ 200ml per bag of cement including taking down existing cement plaster complete all as specifed and directed. (Note : (i) Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be including of necessary arrangement of scafolding of any height without extracost to the department. )

Disconnecting existing OH tanks of any capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning or water proofing treatment etc. and hoisting , reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as specifed and directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutters (w/o taking of shutters from the frame) area not exc 1.5 Sqm & removing from site all as directed.nd directed.

S & F Factory made any colour solid PVC single door frame of size 50 x 47 mm with a wall thickness of 5mm prelaminated colour sheet reinforced with 19 mm x 19mm MS square tube having wall thickness 19 gauge complete all as shown in sketch on page 180 of SSR 2004 Part-II complete all as specified and directed.

S & F factory made any colour (Prelaminated) solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes 19 mm x 19 mm having wall thickness 19 gauge for stiles. MS tube 15mmx 15mm having wall thickness 19 mm gauge for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with 5mm thick heat moulded prelaminated colour PVC 'C' channel having 5mm thick PVC sheet strip 20mm wide struck inside with solvent cement for stiles and 5mm thick PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and 10mm (5mm x 2mm) thick, 20mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top and bottom rail. Paneling of 5mm thick prelaminated colour PVC sheet to be fixed in MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with 5mm x 30 mm PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement complete all as shown in drg give on page 176 of SSR 2020 Part II. The width of stiles and rails shall be as specified in para 8B.2.1 on page 145 of SSR 2020 Part II. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 100mm long mild steel but hinges medium weight cold rolled all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:3 with using liquid water proofing chemical finished the surfaces even and Smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying a coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 Kg/Sqm including cleaning the existing plaster / concrete surfaces of sunken portion all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:5:10, type E-2 using 40mm graded aggregates as in filling under floor all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Joint free Non skid coloured ceramic tiles (Matt finish) of size 300mm x 300mm x 7 to 8mm thick (Square / rectangular) over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles including dismantling of existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing debris out side of defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured glazed , designer pattern (Dark & light shade combintion) ceramic tiles of size 300mm x 450mm x 7 to 8mm thick on vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 on brickwork or stone masonary surfaces including dismantling of existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing debris out side of defence land and complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 20mm thick granite (of any type) work table rubbed and polished in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, floor / skirting / risers or as in vertical support or counter top for wash basin and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixtures of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15 mm thick screed layer in CM 1:3 with edges polished / rounded as ordered incuding cutting circular or eliptical hole in granite slab and fixing in position complete and ensure best adhesion to surface including dismantling of existing stone slab in any description or thickness, laid bedded jointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 20 to 25mm thick Machine cut cudappah stone slab over and including cement screed bed, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing including dismantling of existing stone slab in any description or thickness, laid bedded jointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20 to 25mm thick machine cut Kota stone of size 400 x 550mm (minimum) as in flooring laid and jointed with grey cement slurrry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Drilling holes for bolts, pipes etc not exc 25mm dia in granite or trape stone for gas connection pipe complete all as directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situations complete all as directed.
