Dismantiling/uprooting of LT/HT pre-stressed concrete poles /steel poles of any size and shape including taking out dismantled portion of pole embended in ground after necessary demolition of foundation concrete and making good disturded ground properly and removing the debris out sdide MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The necessary excavation & earth work if required to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Dismantling of unservicable steel structure like, MS channel or angles in cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps from two /four pole stucture at various location and keeping serviceable materials in safe custody for reuse and/or unserviceable materials removing from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting electric connection and takingdown old guarding cradle /earth wire of any dia from over head line and keeping serviceable materials in safe custody for reuse and/or unserviceable materials removing from the sitecomplete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps,ladder and back plates fabricated from steel sections including nuts, bolts, washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed .

Fixing only serviceable cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps,ladder and back plates including nuts, bolts, washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts if required, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including preparation of old steel surface and apply one coat of aluminum paint complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- Serviceable cross arms obtained from slitem No.02 of above will be re used.

Fixing only serviceable galvanised steel wire 3.15mm or 4mm dia as earth wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Serviceable galvanised steel wire obtained from slitem No.03 of above will be re used.

S&F galvanised steel wire 3.15mm or 4mm dia fabricated as in cradles, hexagonal /rectangular complet all as specified and as directed .

Preparation of old painted surfaces of LT PCC poles of 11.00 mtr length and applying zebra colour of painting up to 2.4mtr height from top of the coping / bottom of pole as per site condition including preparation of MS clamps, cable protection pipe, bracket fitted with street light fitting by scrapping with steel wire brush and applying two coats of aluminium paint to external surfaces MS cross arms and clamps, cable proecion pipe etc.,complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- Zebra colour will be applied by synthetic enamel paint of black / yellow colour as approved in alternate strips of each 30cm width.

Disconnecting and taking down old unserviceable LED 90 watt street light fittings/ post top lantern/ high mast fitting with brackets fixed on HT/LT poles, repairing after cleaning and replacing the un-serviceable parts like surge protector, LED driver, clamp etc and reinstallation / reconnecting after replacing wires / jumpers as required for proper functioning of street light fittings complete all as specified and as directed . Note: - Spare parts like surge protector, LED drivershall be measured and paid for as "Supply only" here-in-after.

S&F in repair 50mm bore light grade GI tubing of length 1.50 metre including two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer for fixing of post top lantern light fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair street light brackets made out of 40mm bore light grade GI tubing, bent to shape of length 1.50 to 3.00 metre fixed with suitable size of clamps, nuts, bolts etc all as required at site, complete all as specified and as directed..
