Dismantling of old brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of existing mud in roofs of any thickness including plastering and leaping, whether full thickness removed or only a part there of, and removing of mud/PCC outside of Defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terrace cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand in cement mortar 1:1 (by weight) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 10/12.5 mm graded stone aggregate laid over roof slab after applying cement slurry for filling undulation finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for applying cement slurry over existing roof surface @ 3 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 (mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement) to brick/concrete wall and roof surfaces finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) with water proofing compound at the rate of 3% by weight of cement or as per the manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for separately

M&L for roof treatment with Polymeric membrane (APP based) with non woven Polyester material as reinforcement with following treatments:- (a) Surface preparation by removal of existing treatment of tar felt treatment/PCC/plaster/loose particle to ensure or clean. Smooth and dry surface and preparing surface (b) Providing & laying a coat of cold applied bitumen 85/25 based primer on entire surface @ 0.300 Ltr/Sqm on dry and clean surfaces. (c) Providing & laying APP based polymeric membrane of 3mm thickness of weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm with non woven polyester fiber as reinforcement on primed surfaces by torch application with side over laps & joints over laps etc as per manufacture instructions. (d) Finishing of top surfaces by two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm all as specified and as per manufacture instructions. (e) Providing test with filling of water for continuous 48 hours

Taking up or down15 mm steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 15 mm dia steel water tubing, galvanized, medium grade, with all fittings, fixed to walls and ceiling or in floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling water tank and removing to store exc 250 ltr but n exc 500 ltrs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling water tank and removing to store Exc 500 & but n exc 1000 ltrs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 500 litres, rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 1000 litres, rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 20mm bore ball brass valve high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair stop valve/Gate Valve 20 mm bore cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with clutch or butterfly handle both ends complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting existing water tanks, setting a side (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hosting, reconnecting and re-fixing in same or other position of exc 250 ltr but n'exc 1000 ltr for roof treatment portion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC columns, beams, Roof projection, slabs, Chajjas and the like at different bldgs as directed, roughening and cleaning concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry, including dusting of steel reinforcement, providing fabric mild steel wire mesh 75 mm x 75 mm of 2 mm dia as reinforcement to concrete surfaces, applying adhesive/admixture over steel mesh and providing 25 mm thick (average thickness) guniting mix using 1 part of ordinary portland cement 53 grade and 2 parts of river sand mixed with adhesive/admixture at the rate as per manufactures instruction or 2% by wt of cement all as directed with a pressure of 2 to 2.5 kgs per sqm by guniting machine including necessary padding, steel scaffolding and shuttering for working platform/formwork etc including removing of loose cement concrete debries outside of defence land. The surface shall be finished with 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work of any type built in cement mortar in foul condition etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brick work built in cement and sand mortar 1:6 with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m means radius complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on other than fair faces surfaces of brick walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 to stone masonry wall surfaces or on other than fair faces of brick masonry finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:3) on fair faces of ceiling surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement incl taking down cement plaster or concrete, brick surface and raking out hacking for key scrubbing down with water to receive plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of distemper with distemper oil emulsion white or tinted over and including one coat of 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Cement Base Paint of approved tint, over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls/chajjas of two coat of cement based paint over one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of brick/concrete wall surface and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls, chajjas etc including cleaning of any mortar drops, fungus efflorescent salts etc and preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying two coats of distemper with distemper oil emulsion white or tinted over and including one coat of 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
