Shifting and setting up piling plant and equipment at site by Gantry method for providing of 800 mm. dia. Vertical MS liner for boring work and for concreting the piles, including fabrication and erection of pile driving frame and staging with various steel plates, girders, angles, channels etc., including cost of all steel items required for pile driving frame, welding charges, strutting and fixing in position at each location including cost of mobilization and demobilization of all equipments to work site , including operation of winch, POL, transportation charges of all materials to Work Site, all labour charges, all other minor tools,, GST, Cess etc., complete.

Providing, Fabricating and delivering of 6mm thick mild steel cylindrical liner with stiffeners at bottom of piles and joints etc for 800 mm. dia. vertical cast-in-situ RCC pile, including cost of steel plates, cost of welding rod, gas & all other materials, transportation charges of all materials to Work Site , all labour charges, hire charges, welding machine, plate roller, minor tools , GST, Cess etc., complete.

Handling of MS liner, transporting to the pile location, placing in position and driving the liner below existing sea bed level to the required depth for 800 mm. dia vertical piles, including cost of welding, cutting, aligning, hire charges of all machineries, equipments, all labour charges, consumables transportation charges of all materials to Work Site and minor tools , GST, Cess etc., complete.

Boring / drilling / bailing out through all types of soil strata for 800 mm. dia vertical pile, from the existing sea bed level to founding level (hard rock) including cost of winch, bailer, chisel, POL, all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to Work Site and minor tools and plant etc. complete. (Note: The sample of bored materials at regular interval shall be collected and produced for verification at no extra cost and in case of any dispute the samples so collected shall be referred to an authorized / registered laboratory by the EIC and the decision of such authorized laboratory is final and binding on both the parties, however the cost of testing shall be borne by the contractor).

Providing and laying of design mix concrete of RCC M40 grade using of 20 mm and down graded stone chips from Main land, mainland river sand and 43 grade Ordinary portland cement, adding silica fume and approved plasticizer as per design mix in cast-in-situ for RCC piles by using tremie with hopper arrangements, excluding cost of fabrication and fixing of reinforcement which will be paid separately, but including cost of cement, mainland stone chips, mainland river sand, silica fume, plasticizer, cost of all labour charges, mixing, conveying, placing, consolidation, screening and washing of stones chips and sand, transportation charges of all materials to the Work Site, hire charges and running charges of batching plant, vibrator, consumables and all other equipments required for this work, cost of minor tools , GST, Cess etc., complete.

Dressing / chipping of the RCC pile head of 800 mm dia including cutting of steel liners & trimming of extra concreted pile above the designed cut off level and exposing the reinforcement to receive fresh concrete for beams, bracing, pile caps, berthing wall etc., bending the reinforcement for new works, cost of all equipments required for this work, all labour charges, minor tools and , GST, Cess etc., complete.

Providing pre-cast reinforced cement concrete of design mix grade M40 using 20 mm and down graded stone chips from Main land , Mainland River Sand, 53 grade Ordinary Portland Cement, approved plasticizer, silica fume as per design mix for portion of beams, slabs, pile cap, etc. as indicated in the drawing and as directed by the EIC excluding cost of fabrication and fixing of reinforcement which will be paid separately but including cost of cement, stone chips, mainland river sand, silica fume , plasticizer ,cost of all labour charges, centering and shuttering with MS plates, mixing, conveying, placing, consolidation, screening and washing of stones chips and sand, conveying and placing the pre-cast structure in position at the required level by using of crane, transportation charges of all materials to Work Site , hire charges of machineries and running charges of batching plant, vibrator and all other equipments,consumables, cost of minor tools , GST, Cess etc., complete.

Providing cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete of design mix grade M40 using 20 mm. graded stone chips from Main land, Mainland River Sand, 53 grade Ordinary Portland Cement, approved plasticizer, silica fume as per design mix for cast-in-situ concrete items like slab, beams, berthing wall, low landing etc. as indicated in the drawing and as directed by the EIC excluding cost of fabrication and fixing of reinforcement which will be paid separately but including cost of steel shuttering & propping, cost of cement, silica fume, plasticizer, cost of stone chips, mainland river sand, all labour charges for mixing, conveying, placing, consolidation, screening and washing of stones chips and sand, transportation charges of all materials to Work Site and running charges of batching plant, vibrator, consumables and all other equipments required for this work, cost of minor tools and plant, GST, Cess etc., complete.

Providing and laying PCC M20 (1:1.5:3 - one cement, one and half mainland river sand & three stone chips) using 20 mm. graded stone chips from Main land, Mainland River Sand, 53 grade Ordinary Portland Cement, approved plasticizer, silica fume for cast-in-situ concrete items for wearing coat etc. as indicated in the drawing and as directed by the EIC including cost of nominal shuttering, cement, silica fume, plasticizer, cost of stone chips, mainland river sand, all labour charges for mixing, conveying, placing, consolidation, screening and washing of stones chips and sand, transportation charges of all materials to Work Site and running charges of batching plant, vibrator, consumables and all other equipments required for this work , cost of minor tools and plant , GST, Cess etc., complete.

Supply, deliver and transportation of steel of grade Fe 500 HCR for Fabrication and fixing of reinforcement cages of corrosion resistant deformed bars as per drawing for cast-in-situ piles, including cost of steel, fabrication, fixing dowels, shear ties, cutting, bending, lapping, welding in position wherever necessary and tying with black 18 SWG annealed binding wire, all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to Work Site , cost of binding wires, all T&P required for the work and minor tools , GST, Cess etc., complete.

Supply, deliver and transportation of steel of grade Fe 500 HCR for Fabrication and fixing of reinforcement for pile cap, beam and superstructure works as per the directions of the EIC, including cost of fabrication & fixing steel rods ,cost of steel rod, all handling charges, cutting, bending, lapping, welding in position wherever necessary and tying with black 18SWG annealed binding wire, all labour charges, cost of binding wire, transportation charges for all materials to worksite, all T&P required for the work and minor tools , GST, Cess etc., complete.

Painting exposed area of pile surface using approved quality of epoxy resin two coats, as approved and directed by the EIC including cost of brush, epoxy paint, scaffolding charges, transportation charges of all materials to worksite, all labour charges, cost of minor tools and plant , GST, Cess etc., complete.

Carrying out load test on vertical pile with test load and testing procedure as per IS 2911(Part-II) latest etc complete, including cost of sand, hire charges of equipments, all materials, scaffolding charges, transportation of all materials to work site, and all labour charges, minor tools etc complete., GST, Cess etc., complete.

Carrying out Routine Dynamic load test on vertical pile with test load and testing procedure as per IS 2911(Part-IV) latest, including cost of all materials for making platform with steel members, weight materials, all labour charges, workmanship instrumentation, electronic devices, mechanical handling equipments, all other materials required for successful completion of load test, including removal of test pile after completion of test (Note: The tenderer shall furnish details of the load testing methods proposes to adopt).

Supply, fabricate, transport, handle and install UPVC drain pipes of diameter 100mm as per drawings and specifications including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and including cost of all materials, fitting charges, all labour charges, transportation charges and minor tools , GST, Cess etc., complete.

Providing and fixing of crash barrier in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position etc., as per the direction of Nodal Officer, including cost of all materials, fitting charges, all labour charges, transportation charges and minor tools , GST, Cess etc., complete.

Providing slope protection and pitching using rock on both the sides as per the drawing including provision of transporting, placing, dressing including all labour, materials, tools, equipment, fuel and all sampling, testing and records , GST, Cess etc., complete.

Filling with compacted soil of 300mm thick bellow the granular sub base layer, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering , including cost of all labour charges, minor tools and plants, GST, Cess etc., complete.

Dismantling cement concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix including disposal of dismantled materials. including cost of all labour charges, minor tools , GST, Cess etc., complete.

Earthwork excavation in foundation trenches, column, drain and plinth etc in ordinary rock lead up to 100 Mtrs. and lift upto 1.5 Mtrs including stacking the excavated earth not more than 3 M from the edge of excavation and then returning the soil in 15 cm layers when required in plinths and sides of the foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layers by watering, ramming and the disposing offal surplus excavated soil in a lead of 30 Mtrs. as directed by the engineer, including cost of all labour charges of cost of minor tools, GST, Cess etc., complete.

Supplying and stacking of graded stone aggregate at site of size range. 90 mm to 45 mm

Cutting road and making good the same including supply of extra quantities of materials i.e aggregate, moorum, screening, red bajri and labour required. ( Water bound Macadam)

Laying Soling stone, including cost of boulders, moorum, preparing surface, consolidating with road roller, hire charges of road roller , GST, Cess etc., complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work upto plinth level. 1:3:6 (1 cement, 3 Pulverized stone sand and 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cst of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level. 1:1½:3 (1 cement, 1½ Pulverized Stone sand, 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Fabrication and fixing steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including cutting, bending, binding, and placing in position cost of binding wire, minor tools, GST, Cess etc., complete.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, using structural steel etc., as required in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladders, railings, brackets, gates & similar works.

Providing and laying 12mm cement plaster of mix including cost of cement, mainland river sand , GST, Cess etc., complete. 1:4 (1 cement, 4 Mainland river sand)

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufactures specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, , GST, Cess etc., complete.. ( Steel Work)
