Provision for surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. All kinds of soil.

Provision for Dry brick pitching half brick thick including supply of bricks and preparing the surface complete: With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5.

Provision for cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Provision for brick on edge flooring with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12 mm cement mortar, including filling the joints with same mortar, with common burnt clay non modular bricks: 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with all complete.

Provision for Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand): to the joints of the brick edge flooring etc. complete.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless-steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless-steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Provision for supply and fixing turn style gate with iron post all complete.

Provision for disposal of malba, garbage u/s material etc. from the office and staff quarter area with cleaning etc. all complete including labour and material complete.

Provision for minor repairing and re fixing of old jali with all complete.

Provision for piling in Foundation of 25cm Ø at a distance of 2.0 M C/C etc. all completes.

Provision for centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders and cantilevers etc. complete.

Provision for reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Provision for steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars.

Provision for brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Provision for 12 mm cement plastering of mix 1:4 1 cement: 4 coarse sand.

Provision for finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

Provision for applying priming coat over the grills of compound wall, entrance gate: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel work (second coat) etc. complete.

Provision for painting over steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Provision for supply and fixing porta cabin toilet facility for staff with separate unit of toilet, wash basin, water facility etc. all complete.

Auto sensor 12/15 W solar light for Sub-circle office premises with installation etc. all complete

Exide or similar make battery 200Ah or above for flag illumination.

Luminous or similar make Inverter for battery heavy duty 1300-1400 Va
