Dismantling of fencing posts/ struts of any description (wood, steel or RCC) embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc. including taking out embedded portion and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of chain link fencing with mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum in soft/ loose soil, getting out, returning, filling in, watering and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling, post holes, mass concrete, surface channels, drains and other similar works complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc. flat iron fillets, sag rods (for securing chain link fencing etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified

Material and labour chain link fencing, plain mild steel galvanised wire 4mm dia galvanised steel wire considering minimum weight 2.95 kg/ sqm and mesh size 50mm x 50mm any size or type complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolts diameter of neck 10mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n. exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing glass dividing strips 3mm thick and 38mm wide inserted in position conforming to design complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 50mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, laid in panels including finishing the concrete surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub floors, sub base, hard standing, concrete surfaces finished even & rough to receive topping floor finish/layer all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for 30mm sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete inter-locking paver blocks any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 grade, with grey cement and pigment, laid in floor/ path/ hardstandings in any pattern as approved, laid over complete all as specified and directed. Note : The sample shall be got approved from the GE before build procurement and lots shall be got tested independently by the GE.

Material and labour PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands plinth cources, roof kerbs or mud stops, benching, coping, bed plates, parapets, water throughs and the like etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles throating, edges of interlocking/ chequered tiles etc complete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound in the proportion recommended by manufacturer, surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this BOQ).

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) as on ceiling including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered or un-plastered surface of walls including cornices, plasters etc. and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white washing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying three coats of white washing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) area n. exc. 1.5 Sqm each for doors and windows complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) area exc. 1.5 Sqm but n. exc. 4 sqm each for doors and windows complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc. 1 Sqm and n. exc. 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. using steel conforming to Fe-410 Gde-E-250 complete including drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering; doors, door frame chowkhats etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing including necessary cutting drilling and welding etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood factory made plain framed, paneled shutters (two panels), with lock rail and panels of 9mm thick BWP commercial ply or of veneered particle board 12mm thick with commercial veneering on both faces with rails and style. The size of rail and stile as per IS: 1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing steel window 1.25 mm thick box type (primer coated) ERW hollow P section of size 60mm x 25mm single rebated comprises glazed skeleton shutter ERW sec 50mm x 20mm and 1mm thick with two openable leaf consisting two No sash bars of T-section 20mm x 3mm complete welded to frame with one vertical mullion of ERW box type T-section of size 60mmx25mm and 1.25mm thick including cutting holes and making good dismantled portion PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 four No for each window) including following fittings welded to frame shutter: - (a) Hold fast, 150mm long of 12mm x 3mm made to shape-04 No per window. (b) Handle of z section 20mm x 25mm, 100mm long 01 No per leaf (c) MS tower bolt 150mm long- 2 No per leaf (d) z section 20mmx25mm, 100mm long stopper - 01 No per leaf (f) MS pintal hinges of size 75mmx12mm- 2 No per leaf (g) Fabrication & fixing arrangement as per Drg No CEJZ/TD-06/07. Material and labour for mild steel sliding door bolts 250mm long plate type stove enameled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 100mm size mild steel butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled and fixed with screws/welded to frame complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MS barrel tower bolt 200mm long stove enameled black with bright bolt and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MS pressed handles, oval type, stove enameled black 150mm size complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden/ metal frames glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares n. exc. 0.50 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new wood and wood based surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, including washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated wall surfaces including scraping down smoke soots, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying two coat of exterior plastic emulsion paint over a coat of wall primer (X2) as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparation of old treated wooden surface of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling/ china mosaic including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles of size 300 x 300 x 6 to 7mm thick in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles with & including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450 x 300 x 6 to 7mm thick as in vertical surfaces i.e. skirting/ dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the existing surface with & including rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 53.00 but in skirting/ dado laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) as backing coat.

Demolition of cement concrete in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, stair cases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in benching, padding, roof kerbs or mud stops, coping etc rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound in the proportion as recommended by the manufacturer, including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proof compound shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this BOQ.

Cleaning the surface and made free of dirt, foreign particle, laitance followed by grinding all protrusion to made surface modulated. Thereafter, inspection for cracks on the surface caused by thermal expiation contraction. Cutting the grooves with suitable cutter machine in V groove filled with repairs mortar/ micro-concrete/ general purpose grout as recommended proportionally as per recommendation of manufacturer. Making of goll as at all the corners with polymer modified mortar (1:4) cement sand with 3.5% acrylic of cement weight all as specified and directed

Supply and applying high build elastomeric waterproofing coating based on pure hydrophobic polyurethane cold applied of spray/ brush applied, membrane with an elongation of 280% and tensile strength of 2.7N/mm2 as per ASTM D 2370, crack bridging ability of 3mm, no leakage upto 5 bars of water pressure as per DIN 1048, min 88% solid content. The system includes final base preparation, epoxy primer 1:1 (Resin : Harder) application with 100% water dilution and pure polyurethane application in 2 coats with a total min consumption of 1.25 Kg/Sqm all as specified and directed. Note : Application should be done with Graco sprayer by a company authorised applicator.

Material and labour for repairing of RCC projections, chajjas, roofs, fascia etc by necessary preparation, scarping, cutting, chiseling de-rusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, surfaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces with cement concrete (1:1½:3) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates and reinforcement with expended metal/ welded mesh of weight exc. 2 kg per sqm but n. exc. 3 kg per sqm with ot without facia and finished with cement and sand mortar (1:3) using coarse sand and work in patches area n. exc. 5 sqm each and thickness of RCC member n. exc. 70mm including necessary form work and applying two coats of cement base paint of tint matching with the existing surfaces; work in building at any height as required complete all as specified and directed.
