Providing & Grouting of dowel tubes / Shear keys / Joints of precast members with M-60 grade cementitious grout (Non Shrink) of approved make by suitable means ( Free flowing /pump),curing etc. Complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.) Stirrer mixed cementitious grout (non shrink) of approved make in dowel tubes / Shear keys / Joints of precast members.
Construction of Subgrade and earthen shoulders / embankment with morrum having CBR not less than 20% obtained from approved quaryy with all leads and lifts, transporting to site, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2. Item including breaking clods,watering,consolidating each layer with power road roller 8-10 tonnes weight or vibratory roller of adequate capacity under optimum moisture content condition to achieve compaction as specified in MoRTH specifications of the maximum modified standard proctor density complete including leveling fine dressing to the required grade, camber and slope complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with all leads and lifts. (The item includes cost of work, payment of necessary royalty, carriage of moorum upto work site for all leads and lifts involved from all sources acquired or arranged by the contractor payment to be made for compacted quantity only)
GSBC- Construction of granular sub-base grade-1 by providing close graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.
Providing and laying dry lean cement concrete with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 26.5 mm, aggregate cement ratio not exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per specification, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 MPa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant as per mix design, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing etc complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC)produced in a batching plant having a Characteristic flexural strength i.e. minimum flexural strength of 4.1 MPa at 28 days using 350 Kg of ordinary Portland cement of 43 grade, fine aggregate, graded stone aggregates of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportion as per specification and job mix formula, laid in panels as per drawings/design as approved by the Engineer-In-Charge using Slip Form Paver including making necessary provision for expansion joint, curing, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and particular specifications. The item for execution shall also include the following operations: Mechanically cutting dummy joints 3mm wide x 1/3rd thickness of slab which is subsequently widened to 10mm for the top 25mm depth and construction joints 10mm wide x 25mm deep as per specification. Filling Polysulphide sealant in dummy, construction and expansion joints including providing closed-cell Polyethylene foam back up rod, and painting side of joints with Polysulphide primer, etc. complete (to be paid separately under item 30. Note: For the purpose of tendering, the quantity of cement used for one Cum. of finished concrete may be assumed as 350 Kg. If the actual quantity of cement required as per laboratory mix design varies from the quantity assumed above, necessary cost adjustment for deviation in the quantity of cement as per mix design, if any, shall be done as per the rate of cement in actual supply voucher from manufacturer/authorized dealer at the time of execution. In the case of authorized distributor the rate may be authenticated by the manufacturer. The rate of cement exclusive of GST shall only be considered for payment.
Providing and laying in position Polysulphide sealant of approved make conforming to BS-5212- 990 or IS: 11433-1995. In expansion/ construction / dummy joints including rounding off edges, applying 2 coats of approved primer compatible with the brand of Polysulphide and preparing the surface and applying masking tape along the edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after application of sealant etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in- Charge & particular specifications. Providing and applying of high build elastomeric polyurethane waterproofing system as per approved manufacture specfication over the roof of the precast concrete slab. Agency have to submit the manufacture specification and methodoly for EIC approval. Minium warranty period for waterproofing system is 5 years.

As per the conceptual drawing provided by AAI, the agency have to submit the structural design details of the complete building (precast concrete structure) including acess road design for CFT vehicle all around the building, CFT parking pavement design also to be provided .The SBC of the soil shall be assumed as 20 T/sqm. The structural design and drawing shall be done by a structural consultant. The consultant shall submit design and drawing to Engineer-in-charge after vetting the same from IIT/NIT/Govt Engg Colleges. In case any clarification/alteration in design is made by Engineer-in-Charge, it will be revised by the consultant for which nothing shall be paid extra. The following documents shall be submitted with the work. After approval of structural design & drawing 6 (Six) sets of good for construction design & drawing showing all relevant details shall be submitted duly signed by consultant. The consultant shall also submit the soft copy of all drawings and design input and output files. The total CFT parking area around 250 sqm for 2 Nos of vehicle parking with height of 6.5m height from FFL and acess road all around the building as per the direction of E-I-C. Technical specification of CFT vehicle attached for reference.
