Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. xxxxxx Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Banker Details for reference

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

List of Financial Resources with Certificates

To qualify for Award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e.2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 3.2(b)satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Laying of synthetic athletic track along with Asphalt road work of value not less than Rs. 295.74 lakhs.

The Tenderer should have executed in any one financial year (in the last five years i.e.2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 &2024-25 3.2(c) the following minimum quantities of work 1. Earthwork excavation /embankment/sub grade-860.00m3 2.GSB/WMM-733.00 m3 3.DBM/BC/BM/SDBC-417.00 m3 4. Synthetic Athletic Track of full PUR System -5553.00 m2 work done Certificate issued by the competent Authority of rank not below the rank of Executive Engineer.

Statement indicating the (A) Existing commitments and ongoing works for the next 9 months , (B)Details of works for which tenders are already submitted . The statements should furnished as per statement 1.5 (A),(B) of Section 3 of Qualification information in Standard Bid document.

Tenderer Should be a registered KPWD/CPWD Class-I Contractor/Other equivalent Authorised Registration certificate issued from Sports Authority of India

Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work TO BE OWN-1 Tippers 2no,2. Excavator/JCB 2 no, 3. Hot mix plant, Minimum Capacity of 40/60 TPH 1no,4 Vibratory Road Roller 1no, 5. Mechanical Paver Finisher 1no, 6.Water tanker 2 no, 7. Motor grader1no. For OWN/HIRE/LEASE 1 Tippers 2no, 2. Excavator/JCB1 no, 3. Vibratory road roller 1 no,4.Static Road Roller 1 No, 5.Mechanical sprayer1 no, 6.Water tanker 1no 7.Pugmill 1no.

The bidder as a primary contractor should have supplied and installed at least 5 Nos of World Athletics (formerly IAAF) certified 400M Synthetic Athletic Track cast-in-situ Full PUR systems in India, with proposed product, including complete sub base, in their individual capacity (and not as joint venture/sub-contract/sub-letting) in the last 5 years from the last day of the month preceding the tender publication. Sports surfacing scope should also have been executed in full by the bidder and not sub-contracted. Necessary World Athletics certificates and corresponding completion certificates issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer to be enclosed.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 3.2(a) achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs. 1182.94 Lakhs, (in all classes of Civil Engineering Construction works only) Balance sheet & Profit & Loss Account indicating contract receipts issued by the competent accountant / Authority with UDIN number

Each tenderer should further demonstrate liquid assets and / or availability of Credit facilities of not less than Rs.177.44 Lakhs (Credit lines / letter of credit / certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.

EMD for Rs. 100000.00 shall be paid through KARNATAKA PUBLIC procurement PORTAL (KPPP) and the Balance of Rs.7,87,207.00 by Bank Guarantee issued by Nationalised/Scheduled Bank or demand draft/bankers cheque/specified small savings instruments online/ or offline modes of e-payment. bidder should upload the scanned Copy of such original document issued by Nationalised/Scheduled Bank IN KPPP. The bidder has to submit the uploaded original Bank guarantee or other documents which described above before entering the agreement if awarded.
