Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 24.00 Lakhs. (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ Certificates from Banks)for meeting the fund requirement etc.

Contractor should be registered in public works department as class-I and such registration should be valid up to 2025-26
