COMP MAINT AND REPAIR AT OFFRS MD ACCN OF VIKRAM VIHAR AND ANUJ VIHAR OF GE SOUTH DELHI CANTT-10

Repair to existing roof by removing loose/defective treatment locally, cleaning existing roof surface , crack filling with epoxy in V shave/surface preparation, providing and applying PU primer single component solvent based polyurethane primer,applied with brush/roller, having minimum coverage 200 ml per sqm with and including 60gsm geotextile reinforcement fabric and applying two coats of PU (polyurethane) waterproofing to be applied at 4-6 hours interval and geotextile embedded between them. Technical specifications:- Thickness- 1.20mm; Tensile strength >= 1.80 N/mm2; Elongation>= 650%, Crack bridging>=1.50mm

M & L for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered and hold fast on edge including necessary form work complete as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M & L for Glazed Ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 600X300X7 to 8 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm and pointed in white or colour cement to match and including 10mm thick backing coat of cement mortar (1:3), complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm of size (600mm X 1200mm), in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry @3kg/sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to matchcomplete including 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No -22 but as in skirting including 10 mm thick backing coat CM 1:3 all as specified and directed.

M&L Non Skid ceramic tiles 8 to 9 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile 600 x 600 mm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry @3kg/sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick ( square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but n exc 0.18 sqm, as in skirting laid on 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3), set and jointed in neat cement slurry at the rate of 3 kg per sqm and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shade of tiles.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness on cooking platform, floors, aprons, skirting etc laid bedded and pointed in any morter complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Granite (of any type) work, 18-20 mm thk (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, cooking platforms, skirtings with necessary hole for gas pipe where ever required and likes on cement mortar bedding of 20mm thick in CM 1:4 including pointing in white cement using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match including rounded edges with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.
