Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clau or sand) including lift upto 1.50 m & lead up to 30 m including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into space between the building and sides of foundation treanch or in to the plinth removal & disposal of surpluse earth as directed by the engineer in charge up to distance of 30 m from the foundation trenches ( excluding royalty) (SN - 251)

Sand filling in the plinth including supply of necessary quality of sand from a distence not exceding 8.00 km. from the sitr of work S.I. 255

Concrete with 4 cm gauge Brick ballast, Fine Sand of 1.25 F.M. and cement in proportion of 8:4:1 in foundation & under floors including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work, finish to required template as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.as per S.I no 275

R.C.C.slab work with cement and approved coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:43excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing & binding the same with 24 B.W.G.gi binding wire and including necessary cenering & suttering etc.and also including supply of all material including work complete in all respectin. R.C.C. Raft foundation and footing with 4 cm. gauge approved stone ballast. SI 287

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick wark (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage and over lapping & hooks. SI 504

M-15 brick work in 1:4 & c/ sand mortar in foundation and plinth

12mm Thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement and fine sand of 1.25 FM over brick work minimum thickness not be less than 10mm including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper comletion of the work. (including racking & washing surface)S.N. 584(a)

Add for extra labour and materials for plaster over rough face of one brick wall S.N. 596

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. SN-D.S.R. 13.26

Distemper one coat with oil bound distemper of approved brand manufacture and required shade on decoreted wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as of british, shalimar, asian paints after throughly brushing surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even also sand prepared smooth including cost of all materials. S/fixing of M.S. Door with all L,T & P etc. Complete. SN 502(b)

Apply priming coat over new steel and other metal surface after and including preparing the surface throughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes,fine steel /wood scrappers sand papering and knotting including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. SN-1 (New Item)
