9.71.2 Providing and fixing IS : 12817 marked stainless steel butt hinges (heavy weight) with stainless steel screws etc.complete - 100 x 60 x 2.50 mm.

9.96.2 Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts , ISI marked , anodised ( anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade , with nuts and screws etc complete - 250 X 16 mm.

9.97.3 Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts , ISI marked , anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS :1868) ,transparent or dyed to required colour or shade , with necessary screws etc. complete - 200 x 10 mm

9.118.2 Providing and fixing to existing door frames - 30 mm thick factory made Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) door shutters made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 60 x 30 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (+- 0.2 mm) with inbuilt decorative moulding edging on one side . The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised / plastic brackets of size 75 x 220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws . The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S.tube of size 25x20 mm and 1mm (+- 0.1mm) wall thickness . The lock rail made up of 'H' section , a uPVC hollow section of size 100 x 30 mm and 2 mm (+-0.2 mm) wall thickness , fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic / galvanised M.S. 'U' cleats. The shutter frame filled with a uPVC multichambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having overall thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm (+_ 0.1mm) wall thickness . They panels filled vertcally and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6 mm galvanised M.S.rod and fastened with nuts and washers , complete as per manufacturer's specification.

11.40.5 Providing and laying rectified ceramic rustic / matt finish floor tiles of size 600x600 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of commercial quality conforming to IS:15622 of approved make (Somany / Nitco) in all colours shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

12.75 Providing and laying water proofing for roof portion - Clean the surface using wire brush to remove fungus sticking on the tile surface . Remove the laitance and plaster residues with a chisel & hammer and repair any broken structure with civil work . Apply one coat MACRYL SL (Acrylic penetrating primer) Lay one coat of 3-4 mm thick MATPROOF ACR (Fibre reinforced Acrylic plaster) Elastomeric plaster on the flat area. Provide a seal coat with a flexible MACRYL again

13.48.2 Painting wood work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @0.90 ltr / 10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.75 ltr / 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

14.1.1 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead - with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : fine sand).

14.54.1 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade - One or more coats on old work.

14.67.1 Finishing walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicon additives of required shade - old work (two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr / 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface.

15.23.1 Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead - for thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm.

15.43.1 Dismantling manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - water bound macadam road.

15.43.2 Dismantling manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - bituminous road.

16.96 Supplying fixing and commisioning of Suguna / Texmo / Sharp 2 HP monoblock pumpset slow speed single phase motor. The rate include the cost of pumpset , pumpset fixing in position and test run etc.complete.

17.7.11 Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15mm C.P. brass pillar taps ,32 mm C.P.brass waste of standard pattern , including painting of fittings and brackets ,cutting and making good the walls wherever required - Stainless steel AISI - 304 (18/8) wash basin 530x345 mm with single 15mm C.P. brass pillar tap.

This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete - external work - 50 mm nominal outer dia pipes.

18.48A Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI: 12701 marked , with cover `and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank - Circular Tank.

18.49.1 Providing and fixing C.P.brass bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS: 8931 - 15 mm nominal bore
