Providing weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete 20mm size in pure slaked lime over RCC roof slab, the projection being 32:12.5 for required depth and laid with required slope and thickness

Finishing the top of roof with one course of pressed tiles of size 23 x 23 x 2 cm of approved quality in cement mortar 1:3 12mm thick with water proofing compound confirming to IS at 2% by weight of cement used and the top pointed with same mortar is mixed with red oxide to the full depth of tiles etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Paving the floor with fine polished cuddapah stone slab of 38/40mm thick laid over cement mortar 1:4 (one cement and four sand) 20mm thick over the existing bed of cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement,five sand and ten aggregate)vand pointing the pointing the joints to full depth of slas with same mixed with black oxide and the top surface rendered smooth, curing, etc., The cuddapah stone slabs andother materials to be used shall be got approved by the executive engineer concerned befre use on work, etc., complete complying with standard specifications ( using New cuddapah slab)

Plastering with Cement mortor 1:5 (one cement,five sand) with 12 mm thick including cost of all materials,labour charges for finishing and curring etc., complete

Colour Washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Re Painting the walls with Two coats with first class quality Plastic Emulsion paint of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt. The rate includes cost of brushes, sand paper, plaster of parries, putty wherever required and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use) S I No 358

Painting two coats to existing Old iron works with approval quality and colour complete complying with standard specification.
