M&L for servicing of Split type AC capacity 1.5 ton / 2.0 ton , cleaning of Indoor / outdoor unit, cooling /condensing coil , reinsulation of refrigerant tubing , replacement of worn out spare parts of AC & checking wiring and renewing side and straight thimble, material for soldering (LPG Gas breezing rod, breezing power), drain out pipe of required length as per site, fastner, nut bolts etc for complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Quoted rate deem to included brass nut and brass end caps, brass nuts, brass coupler nuts and brass gas refilling valve of any size and type. Worn out spare parts will be measured and paid separately under respective items of the Schedule.

M&L for detecting the cause of leakage by nitogen gas flash method or soap method in any type/capacity1.5 ton/2 Ton of AC in position and ensuring the complete system leak proof, by solderinng and brazing and charging full or top up with refrigerant gas (R-22 & R-410a) with appropriate quantity as per site including testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Refilling and toping up of refrigenrant (R-22 & R-410a) as required on site is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) T&P, Nitogen (any qty) required site to work on height and soldering & brazing is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (iii) Demounting of units (indoor and outdoor) from their position or from height and refixing back at height is deemed to be included quoted rate. Contractor has to arrange for its own labour & T&P for demounting & refixing. No extra payment will be done for demounting & refixing.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of compressor unit Hermetical/rotary type as per site of capacity 19000 BTU/Hr split type air conditioner cap 1.5 ton complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Dismantling of unserviceable compressor and re-installation of serviceable compressor is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. (ii) Refilling and toping up of refrigenrant (R-22 & R-410a) as required on site is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (iii) T&P required to work on height and soldering & brazing is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply and fixing in replacement of refrigerant tubing for suction /discharge of (5/8, 1/4, & 1/2 ) including insulation tubing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of PCB card, board type/box type (2 PCB cards fabricated in one box) suitable for existing split type AC 1.5/2 Tone AC of any make/model complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of allen key type hand shut valve suction for split AC 1.5/2 Ton complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 14 hereinbefore but allen key type hand shut valve discharge for split Ac 1.5/2.0 ton complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of cooling coil of indoor split type AC 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity as per existing make and model complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Split AC Remote (for any make AC) as per model on site complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Sample shall be checked at site before procurement to match the existing models.

M&L and T&P (any type) for shifting of Split AC of any capacity both indoor, outdoor & its connected accessories (like drain out pipe, copper tubing, frame etc.) by properly demounting from one location and re-fixing it in other location as per user requirement including cutting hole and removing old copper pipes and using same for the new location and testing/commisioning after making proper connections by deploying sufficient labour and tool, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Any type of civil work involve in shifting is deemed to included in quoted rate. (ii) Shifting can be on same floor or to higher floors or any other location, no extra payment will be made for labour and transportation. (iii) Cost of refrigerant gas charging of unit (full or top up) is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (iv) Any extra item required at site due to difference in location will be measured in relevant item.

Taking down old u/s indoor unit along with connected accessories and Supply, intallation, testing and commissionging of new indoor unit of split type AC of capacity 1.5Ton including all connections complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Base frame of indoor unit, remote as per new unit PCB card, gas refilling if leaked during installation, intallation charges and other connected work is deemed to be inclucive of rates.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Industrial socket sheet metal enclosure with socket plug top and MCB single pole and neutral with a two pin and earth plug and socket with one single pole MCB of 20 Amp complete all as specified and as directed.

Testing and commissioning of refrigerator after repair in its original locating all as specified and as directed.

Supply and labour for charging of Refrigerant gas R-22 in cooling appliances of any type and capacity, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Labour cost for charging is deemed to be included in quoted rate. Since R-22 is flammable & exposive gas, contractor has to make sure for the safety and take adequate safety measure for technicians/ labour during charging gas. Deptt will not be responsible for any accident nor liable to pay any compensation to victim or contractor.

Supply and labour for charging of Refrigerant gas R- 410a in cooling appliances of any type and capacity, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Labour cost for charging is deemed to be included in quoted rate. All as per item No 36 hereinbefore but Refrigerant gas R- 32 in inverter type Split AC and any capacity complete all as directed.

Supply and labour for charging of Refrigerant gas R- 134 a in cooling appliances of any type and capacity,refrigerater,water cooler & deep frizer complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Labour cost for charging is deemed to be included in quoted rate. Since R-134 a is high pressure & exposive gas, contractor has to make sure for the safety and take adequate safety measure and suitable tools for technicians/ labour during/for charging gas. Deptt will not be responsible for any accident nor liable to pay any compensation to victim or contractor.

M&L for visiting of Technician on site and checking, inspecting & detecting fault in AC's, Deep Freezers, Water coolers & refrigerators of any capacity, type, any make & model by technicians and rectifying minor defects on site and noting down material required to make cooling appliance functional in next visit complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Spare required will be measured saperately. (ii) Servicing visit will not be measured under this item.

M&L for servicing of room desert cooler of any make size by cleaning, oiling & greasing, checking of defects and rectifying unserviceable switches, control switch etc adjusting and setting for work including complete electric wiring with 3 core flexible cable plug top and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rewinding of fan motor of desert cooler with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge or gauge as approved by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed. Note: replacement of bush bearing is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M&L for replacement of tullu pump submersible type for desert cooler having, 2mtrs head, 500l/h discharge rate, 25 watts, single phase, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of New fan motor of 100watts, copper winding, Class E insulation, 1500 rpm, steel shaft, including capacitor of 4 mfd for desert coolers complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of cabinet body of room cooler with one coat of red oxide paint and two coats for desert cooler water tank with black enameled paint and outer body with smoke grey paint after preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of Flat solar plate collector panels suitable for 100LPD solar water heater, free stand type, with copper tubings of suitable size enclosed in toughed glass from top and metal sheet base with back ground painted with black colour and PUF insulated of size as per site requirment, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: (1) Panel should be BIS and CEC approved. (2) All accessories required at site for installation is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (3) Contractor must check size of panel as per existing before procurement.

M&L for Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of central Air conditioning Plant of Capacity 3 x 55 TR including Sundays & Holidays for respective equipments as listed below:- (a) Periodical, preventive and comprehensive maintenance complete package chiller units each consisting of 3 x 55TR chiller units along with motor and its condenser,microprocessor based control panel complete system including submission of preventive periodical service reports. Total no of package chiller units -03 Nos. (b) Preventive, Comprehensive and routine maintenance of following equipments:- (i) Primary Chiller pump sets along with motors -03 Nos. (ii) Secondary Chiller pump sets along with motors -03 Nos. (iii) Chiller water pipe lines and its control valves – lot. (iv) Electrical operated hot water generator complete with automatic and safety controls such as safety valve, purge valve, high limit cut out, automatic and manual reset, low level cut out stop controller, thermostat, heaters including its control panel-03 No. (v) Hot water pump set along with motor and control valves controls provided at each pump set-02 Nos. (vi) Hot water piping, insulation, fittings control valves connected between hot water unit to pump set and pump set to various AHUs-Lot.

(vii) AHUs complete with accessories such as casing, chilled water coil, hot water coil, any type of air filters, drive motors control panel etc complete 3 Nos AHUs. (viii) Controls for AHUs comprising of three way mixing valves with modulating motor, thermostat and humidistat-Lot. (ix) Cubical type floor mounted main LT panel consisting control switch gear, starters of pump sets, cooling towers and its single phase preventers, no volt and under volt protection system, meters indication lamps complete-01 No. (x) Sub control panel provided for AHUs including controls starter meters and protection system -03 Nos. (xi) Central control console panel comprising of ON/OFF push buttons and ON/OFF indication lights -01 No. (xii) Condensor Pump - 03 Nos (xiii) Hot water generator - 01 No (xii) Chiller /condenser control units/ display unit, Contactors, MCCB/MCB, filters, stainers, drier filters, valve, thermometers, NRV, wiring or other any defect related to units. (xiii) Repair to AHU's induction motors, belts, fan, relays, actuators, motoried valve or any other type defects including abnomal sounds from AHU's. (xiv) Cleaning/washing of chiller/condenser unit, AHU Pre filters with pressuriezed water and detergent etc. periodically to remove dust and scale formation due to natual calamities.

(xv) Repair to pin hole in scroll compressor and topping up with compressor oil and refigerant gas is deemed to be included rate. Rates are deemed to be inclusive of Gas charging as per OEM specification, compressor oil, cutting of copper tube or any other items like thermometer, heating belt, any fittings, rubber cushions, pressure gauge, Manpower and T&P required at site.

M&L for Comprehensive and Running maintenance of central Air conditioning Plant of Capacity 3 x 25 TR including Sundays & Holidays for respective equipments as listed below:- (a) Periodical, preventive and comprehensive maintenance complete package chiller units each consisting of 3 x 25TR water cooled screw chiller units along with motor and its condenser,microprocessor based control panel complete system including submission of preventive periodical service reports. Total no of package chiller units -03 Nos. (b) Preventive, Comprehensive and routine maintenance of following equipments:- (i) Chiller pump sets along with motors -03 Nos. (ii) Condenser water pump sets along with motors -03 Nos. (iii) FRP cooling towers complete with motor, fan, gear box (iv) Condenser water pipe lines and its control vales complete-Lot. (v) Chiller water pipe lines and its control valves – lot. (vi) AHUs complete with accessories such as casing, chilled water coil, drive motors control panel etc complete 3 Nos AHUs. (vii) Controls for AHUs comprising of three way mixing valves with modulating motor, thermostat and humidistat-3 Nos.

j) Checking of Microprocessor control panel, control boards, transducers of packaged chillers/condensing unit for their correctness and replace if necessary. k) Replacing of parts due to wear and tear. (2): (a) All the spares and major items are included in the comprehensive maintenance cost . (b) Contractor shall inspect the servicebility of all Machinery during taking over and make serviceable if required (All costs are included in quoted rates) submit the servicebility/defect rectification report in writing within reasonable time frame. After getting the servicebility of all plant and equipment only Annual maintenance will start commencement. After commencement of AMC incase of failure of operation of plant Penality clause as per CA will be applied. (i) The tender shall have to replace the U/S material with OEM materials only. The Cost of replacement major/minor spare parts not to paid separately, old materials will be contractor property & included in the rate quoted (ii) In Case any accident occur of any indl like mechanic/helper/user during maintenance of above mentioned Air conditioner/Unit. The Contractor is liable to pay compensation to the indl as decided by the contractor authority. Principal employer will not be responsibile for the same.

(iii) If complaint not attended by the contractor with in 5 hrs the penalty of Rs 1000/- per hrs to be imposed & amt of penalty will be deducted from RAR. (iv) The cost of transportation (to & fro) for all kind of necessary equipment T & P shall be arranged/brought by the conractor to complete the job at site, stationery for maintenance of record. No extra cost shall be paid to the contractor to this effect. (v) Complaint shall be lodged by telephonically, so the contractor to specify the telephone No who will receive the complaint round th clock, After attending the complaint contractor will obtain the signature from rep of users/AGE/GE every day on a token of Complaint attended. (vi) The item no 50 and 51 consist of comprehensive, preventive and periodical maintenance of Bluestar 55 x 3 and 25 x3 Ton) centralised AC Plant at 2003 Stn Mohammadpur under GE (AF) Gurgaon. The work under this contract shall be carried out through authorised dealer/ repairer of M/s Bluestar Ltd only all as described in item No 50 and 51 special conditions,

Note- a) Contractor shall give the Demo and training for all staffs about the fire fiting System the quoted rate is deemedto be included in the same. (b) T&P ,saftey belts ,ladder toolsetc required for working at hight of 80 ft are deemed to be included in quoted rate.

S&F Hose box made of 18 gauge MS Sheet 800mm X 600mm X 250mm with double door with 4 mm thick glasses and door frame made of 16 gauge MS sheet painted fire red out side and brilliant white inside yard, complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for Maintenance and servicing of 3 phase Online UPS of capacity 40 KVA make Sukam at Auditorium. AMC include following scope of work: (i) Repair replacement of worn out parts. (ii) Checking and rectifying/replacing PCB boards, logical units, LED light, LED display, logic control units, push button, switches, voltmeter, ammeter, cooling fan and motor, MCCB, MCB, transformer, insulators, bus bars, voltage stablizing unit, battery lugs and terminals and internal and external wiring. (iii) Servicing, oiling, greasing and checking periodical or as when required. (iv) Periodically checking and performing test like earth test, battery checking, battery backup checking and maintaining battery back up of 45min at any instant.
