Cutting in earth work in by mechanical means all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work , Jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (Where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including, dewatring where required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer-in - charge at site, according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990( One Thousand Nine Hundred ninety) Volume-I (One) and sorting out useful and unuseful matreial and Transportation of the unuseful matreial for disposing at dumping site ( To be arranged by the Contractor) as per satisfacation of Engineer -in- Charge through all modes of transportation including head load , animal load or mechnical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechnical means and labour( If required). All useful material such as stone , shingles aggregate and slates Shall be properly Stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation as per direction of the Engineer -in -charfe . The recovery for stones, weather useful or not, for the minimum quatom of 43.30 cubic meter @ Rupee 300/- Only (Rupees. Three hundred) per cubic meter Shall be effected on pro rata basis in all circumstances. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 Sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form workin:- Foundation and plinth including entire carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts as per PWD specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry/plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full with of the structures with slope of 1 (v):20 (H) towards draining face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614,709,1204.3.7 complete as per HP.PWD., Specifications of 1990 volume-I includng carriage of materials, labour, tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings and technical specification Clause 1204.3.8 Granular material complete as per HP.PWD., Specifications of 1990 volume-I includng carriage of materials, labour, tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and filling in fiter /soak pit broken/crushed stone aggregate chipping of hard stone of 40mm size including entire carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts as per PWD specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including carriage of materials through all modes of transportion with in all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm,so as to give a fair finish including centring ,shuttering,strutting and propping etc. with wooden /steel battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling in all heights and level and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete & plain concrete work:- Foundation footing and basis of columns, etc. and mass concrete including entire carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts as per PWD specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors,roofs,landings and the like of any thickness in all Floor level in all hieghts.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like in all Floor level in all heights.

Columns,pillars,posts and struts Square,rectangular or polygonal in plan in all Floor level in all heights.

Stair cases with sloping or stepped soffits excluding landing in all Floor level in all heights.

Beams, Cantilever, girders and lintels. Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 metre in depth in all heights from floor.

Edges of slabs and break in floors and walls in any width.

Providing and laying cement conrete 1: 6:12 (One cement : Six sand: twelve graded/ crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty milimetre) nominal size) mechnically mixed and compacted the concrete with vibrator and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials through all modes of transportations with in all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD.specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement: Four sand :Eight graded cursed/broken stone aggregate 40mm) (forty millimeters nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete, excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials through all modes of transportion with in all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) foundation footing including entire carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts as per PWD specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement of TATA Tiscon/SAIL/Rashtria Ispat incluiding cost of binding wire for R.C.C. work including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete in all floor levels in all heights including entire carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts as per PWD specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying cement slurry on RCC slab or cement concrete work using 2.75 kg (Two point seventy five Kilogram) of cement per square metre of floor area before laying cement concrete flooring including entire carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts as per PWD specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building brick in Rat Trap bond bricks masonry (on 3" edge) cavity should be broken after six layers, the course below sill and lintel to be a soild course.
