M & L for filteration and dehydration of transformer oil by dehydration machine to achieve the die-electric strength/ insulation value of minimum 65 KV at standard gap of electrodes 2.5 mm for one minute in various capacity of transformers 33/11KV and 11/0.433KV including insulation testing of oil with help of suitable equipments before and after dehydration including BDV Test complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Contractor will have to arrange the dehydration machine and transformer oil dielectric strength testing equipment as mentioned and same shall be deemed to be included in the item rate quoted. (ii) Test result of transformer oil before and after dehydration is required to be submitted by the contractor duly signed by all concerned. (iii) The contractor shall ensure that the conservator tanks are full to its level before commencement of dehydration process. (iv) Additional quantity of transformer oil if any required for making the oil level upto the requirement in transformer shall be measured and paid separately as supply and filling but its cost of heating shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for above item.

M & L for testing and calibration of 11KV VCBs indoor/outdoor type alongwith control panel and control wiring, protection system and relays system (relay to tripping coil auxiliary switch male and female housing cut outs etc) , checking of quality of vacuum interrupter, insulation resistances, static contact resistance, Testing ( IR value, Ratio test, Polarity test) and connection verification of 11 KV Current transformer( Set of three) by PRIMARY INJECTION KIT ,and Testing and calibration of relay( set of two Over current and one earth fault) by SECONDARY INJECTION KIT including all other functional tests of the VCB, C&R panel and CTs, PTs. complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting, opening of VCB of any description and any make of rating 11 KV 400/800 Amps capacity for servicing / overhauling, taking out and removing unserviceable / defective parts including cleaning & servicing, greasing, oiling of the parts etc and replacement of unserviceable parts with new one, reassembling the VCB after overhauling/ servicing and its testing complete all a specified and directed. Note: (i) Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch 'A' as supply only but fixing charges of the parts replaced /repaired is deemed to be included in these item. (ii) Servicing shall be got carried out by the authorised rep of the VCB manufacturer and the service engineer will submit a service report for each VCB. (iii) Any item not included in CA and required for successful operation of the panel will be provided by the contractor & same shall deemed to be included rate quoted.

Disconnecting and taking down unserviceable voltage transformer of any description and in any position and supply, installation, commisioning and testing for 11KV single phase indoor oil cooled PT of ratio 11KV/RT 3/10V/RT 3/110/RT 3 class 0.5-3, burden 100VA, insulation level 35/75 KV, voltage factor 1.2 cont and 1.9 for 30 sec, conforming to IS-3156 complete all as specified and directed. Supply install ,testing and commissioning of Power pack unit input voltage 180-250 Voltage and out put voltage 24 Volt DC having 4-digit degital Volt & Ampere meter, High resolution D/A, A/D converter , Digital interface as standard function etc. complete all as specified and as directed including taking out unserviceable battery bank unit.

Suplly & Fix including taking down old unserviceable Air Circuit Breaker with new air circuit breaker of capacity 4 pole 415 V electrical drawout type of capacity 800 Amps 3 phase 4 wire 415 V electric supply with rated current of over current trip device of 800 Amp rated ultimate breaking / making capacity of 50 KA and rated service breaking/making capacity of 45 KA with thermal magnetic release complete all as specified & as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide & n.exc 1.5m in depth getting out in hard/ dense soil for laying & removing of cable of any sizes complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate including use and waste of form work of concrete for pole and stay foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including use and waste of form work for pole coping complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old serviceable ACB of capacity 400 to 1200 amps 415 volts AC 50 HZ at various sub station and carry out necessary servicing , greasing to fixed and movable parts , cleaning complete internally and testing after reinstallation. ( Any demage occures during servicing will be borne by the contractor ).

Supply and fix charging motor 110V AC/DC, 220V AC/DC of suitable size for ACB of capacity 400 to 1200 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old and unserviceable stay assembly complete comprising of stay clamp , stay wire , stay insulator , stay grip , thimble , bow , stay rod 20 mm dia and stay plate etc including breaking of cement concrete complete.

M&L stay assembly complete comprising of stay clamp , stay wire , stay insulator , stay grip , thimble , bow , stay rod 20 mm dia and stay plate etc as shown in electrical plate No -01 ( loop insulators , stay clamps , excavations and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items) .

Servicing and repairing/ carrying out maintenance of 11KV/433V transformer including the following works upto 250 KVA capacity (a) Removing from platform and disconnecting electrical connection from HT and LT side including transporting the transformer to work shop.(b) Dismantling the transformer, drain out transformer oil, lift the cover,coil assembly keep up the assembly in oven upto the preparation of inside chambers by cleaning inside, scraping complete all around old parts of the transformer.(c) M & L for two coats of oil resistance painting internal (inside transformer) over a coat of red oxide primer.(d) Cleaning the core iron sheet laminations asssembly by oil complete,removing the carbon sediments, dust in the coil and core gently without making any damage to coil and core.(e) Re-assembling all dismantled parts including provision of new gasket ,nut,bolts,refilling with transformer oil and transporting back to original location including elecric conection testing and commissioning complete.NOTE :-i). Oil filtration,supply of new oil will be measured separately.(ii). All petty parts including nut, bolts, gasket minor weldings are deemed to be included the rate quoted (iii).
