Repair to ends of chajjas/ parapets by removing old concrete, loose material ,& cleaning of the reinforcement and finishing the surface in cement mortar 1:3 , finished fair & even and making good with existing finishes all as specified and directed. Note: Rate quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to inclusive of double steel scaffolding and water proofing compound.

Repair to cracks and damaged existing surface of RCC roof slab/RCC facia/RCC chajja upto double storey (Approx height 7.50 Mtr from the natural ground level) by structural strengthing using injection pressure grouting with Sikadur 52, low viscous epoxy grout of Make M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, or equivalent in M/s Fosroc Chemicals, M/s Choksey Chemicals Pvt., M/s Thermex, M /s BOSTIk India pvt limited, M/s STP Limited, (as approved by GE), complete all as manufacturers and all as specified and directed by GE as under:-

Providing and drilling 10mm dia holes using pneumatic drill as per site condition but not exceeding 50cm c/c in zig-zag patten for 75mm depth and fixing high pressure bear up Metal/Aluminium body indection packer along the holes and packing with Sika rep Micro Crete 4, rapid setting cement based plugging mortar of Make M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, or equivalent in M/s Fosroc Chemicals, M/s Choksey Chemicals Pvt., M/s Thermex, M /s BOSTIk India pvt limited, M/s STP Limited, (as approved by GE)

Mixing base and hardner of Sikadur 52, low viscous solvent free epoxy injection grout of Make M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, or equivalent in M/s Fosroc Chemicals, M/s Choksey Chemicals Pvt., M/s Thermex, M/s BOSTIk India pvt limited, M/s STP Limited, (as approved by GE) using slow speed electricity operated mixing paddle (200-300RPM) and injecting the same using electrically operated high pressure (upto 1000 Kgf/SqCM) pump until refusal to adjacent complete as per manufacturers specification.

Cutting and flushing the nozzoles and excess materials with a sharp scraper to take away sharp protrusions and to get a smooth and flat finish

Note :- The work shall be carried out through authorized and qualified applicators of the any following manufacturer only. MOU to be submitted before commencement of work.

The unit rate quoted is deemed to included for Removing of accumulated earth of any width and depth upto 15 cm cleaning/cutting the grass with hand operated petrol/kerosene driven grass cutting machine and removing the grass waste around 3 m from plinth protection to outside MD land Note: Periodicity of cutting of grass shall be before commencement of work and after completion of repairs.

Demolition of brick work masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Fly ash Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Fly ash Brick work obtained from demolition of brick work on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick in two layers on brick or concrete surfaces, first coat 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and 2nd coat 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Stainless steel (Grade 304) hollow round or square pipe of any dia/ size fixed as in posts/ railing with knock-down fixing system & Top Mounted Round Balaster made of 38 to 50mm dia stailness steel 304 grade, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stailness steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stailess steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc, of required size suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge for any height including taking down old railing and make good the surfaces as required completed all as specified and as directed. Note :- The distance between vertical stailness steel posts should be as site requirement centre to centre.

100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B- 1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, as in HARD STANDING, laid in panels , surface finished even and smooth without using extra including making 10mm joints to the 40mm depth of PCC at every 3 metres and at every change of direction and filling the same with & including bitumen and sand 1:2 sealing compound by weight complete anddemolish existing concrete all as specified and directed

Checking of floor, plinth, plaster etc requiring masonry work and carrying out minor repairs such as edges, patches etc, including petty repairs material like sand, cement & aggregate to make it functional complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The rates for plastering / plinth include for: (a) Preparing the surfaces. (b) Thickness of plaster/plinth key in joints, etc. (c) Anises, chamfers of any width, internal rounded angles upto 80mm in width or girth external rounded angles upto 80mm in width or girth. (d) All materials, labour and equipment & supply of integral waterproofing compound, (e) Scoring surface of plastering for key, where the surface is not required to be finished fair. (f) Plastering in patches (in repairs), exc 3 sq.m each patch, for preparing old walls to receive plastering'. Nothing extra shall be admissible for matching with existing work etc. (g) Any individual patch (other than nail hole, plug hole, etc.) are included for provided existing surface finish .

Dismantling floor, floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and Joint free Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile of size exc 0.09 Sqm but n exc 0.18 Sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incuding screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as directed

Dismantling floor, floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and Material and labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450 x 300 mm x 7/8 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tiles on vertical surface such as dado/skirting including 10mm thick 1:3 backing coat complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No 17 & 18 :- The manufacturer's test certificate and individual test certificate of Tiles must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation.

Factory made UPVC sliding mosquito sash shutter made of UPVC profile section of size 40 x 22 (73 Series) along with Stainless Steel wire mess of nominal dia not less than 0.2mm and fixed with suitable upvc bead for meshing of the system & fitted with inner & outer EPDM seal gaskets. All welded joints are to be neatly trimmed & feature grooved/raised nib finish so make the finished product free from all sharp edges & burrs. All the corner joints of the frame and sash shall be mitered cut & fusion welded without any mechanical joining. System shall have adequate drainage mechanism to permit the escape of water from horizontal member beneath each sealed unit. System is to be provided with proper operating & locking hardware mechanism, window locking system will be either both side push lock system or semi circle locking system in centre. Complete wire mesh shutter shall be fixed in to the existing UPVC window track including taking down existing one complete all as specified. Note :- The contractor will have to submit 5 years warranty certificate for upvc profile and 1 year warranty certificate for hardwares.

Gypsum board plain ceiling using GI perimeter channel with wall, main channel and Intermediate channel and GI angle suspender from the soffit at 1220mm centre to centre fixed with GI Cleat and steel expansion fasterners ceiling section fixed to the Intermediate channel with help at connectiong clips and in direction perpendicular to the intermeidate channel at 600mm centre and 12.5mm thick Gypsum board Saint Gobain(Gyproc) is then screwed with ceiling section with 25mm screws at 300mm centres Finally the gypsum board are to be jointed and finished with jointing compound/ jointing paper tape and preparartion surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper including taking down of existing ceiling board of description all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

6mm thick frame less bevelled edge mirror fixed with steel stud including taking down existing one Complete all as specified and as directed.

Bullnosed chequered cement concerete tiles 32cm x 20cm x 30 cm thick machine pressed set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in treads and cut and polished using gray cement and pigments over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 10mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar (1:4) including taking down existing tiles complete all as specified and aas directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The manufacturer's test certificate and individual test certificate of tiles must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation.

Chequered cement concerete tiles machine pressed set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry on vertical surfaces as in skirting, dados and risers of steps and cut and polished using gray cement and pigments over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 10mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar (1:4) including taking down existing tiles complete all as specified and aas directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The manufacturer's test certificate and individual test certificate of tiles must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces wall/ ceiling and applying three coat of white wasing on ceiling/ walls surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, or concrete or ceilings etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., including removal of rubbish off the premises, removal and depositing serviceable materials where directed and leaving the work clear of any plastering and material and labour for Rendering 15 mm thick in two layers on brick or stone or concrete surfaces,first coat 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and 2nd coat 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Applying two coats of cement based paint over and including a coat of primer, including preparation of new plastered wall surfaces of any description, complete all as specified.

Coloured venetian blinds 100mm wide imported quality to windows vertically hanging self designed with all fittings such as brackets, rollers, pulleys etc complete all as specified. Make: Vista/ Clams/ MAC

Wall/ceiling cladding with 4mm thick aluminium composite panel (colour as approved by GE) fixed with aluminium snap grid of size 60 cm x 60 cm using extruded aluminium section of size 50mm x 25mm x 2mm thick fixed with cleats,fasteners etc , gap will be sealed with silicon sealant appropriate grade complete all as specified and as directed

Note :- Providing and fixing Aluminium Composite panel cladding including framing as per the elevation, section and the plan drawings provided, fabricated out of heavy duty Aluminium extruded profiles conforming to alloy 643900 WP with chemical composition and mechanical properties as per IS-733 and as per specifications.

The contractor must design the cladding as per the prevalent site conditions and building elevations profiles. No extra claims shall be entertained at any stage for aluminium profile/ wall thickness and size dimensions. The Contractor must quote rates accordingly.

The anchoring / bracing of the wall cladding to the RCC beams/ columns shall be done with non-corrosive galvanized brackets of approved design, (Galvanizing to be done conforming to IS 4759-1996 up to 610 gms. Per Sq. M. (80- 90 micron thickness).

The framework shall be aligned for the entire height of each Mullion and of the entire width of each Transform by laser beam equipment to ensure 100 percent "X‟ axis and "Y‟ axis alignment.

The system should also provide for pressure equalization. The details for pressure equalization to be submitted by the contractor and got approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

EPDM Gaskets of suitable profiles (to accommodate shall be provided including the labour element for fixing in appropriate locations is to be included in the rate).

The Periphery of the framework shall be sealed both from inside and outside with silicon weather sealant to make the cladding watertight.

Cost of Aluminium composite panel consisting of a core of polyethylene sandwiched between two aluminium skins of 0.5mm thickness with a mild edge. 4 mm total thickness with surface finish of PVDF coating as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge, as shown in the elevation, plan and cross section drawings along with labour element for cutting stacking, carrying to heights and fixing to appropriate locations is included in the rates.

All the vertical and horizontal section grooves are to be sealed non staining silicon sealant of make as specified in the list of approved make to make the entire system synchronies with the basic structural glazing/curtain wall structure and also make the system air tight and watertight. The fixing details should be got approved by the Engineer- in-charge. The peel off foil should be removed at the time of handing over as may be required by the Engineer-in-charge.

ACP shall be as approved with high fiber filled sandwiched panel 4mm install on Aluminium framing and Galvanised brackets. Aluminium cladding panel to be PVDF fluorocarbon coated factory applied colours. Reverse side to be in mill finish. All the joints shall be sealed with silicon sealant of approved make. The colour of sealant to be decided by Engineer-in-Charge.

A sample of panels and installation methods to be submitted to the Engineer in-Charge for approval.

Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick, light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer ,15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 including taking down existing tile and removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : (a) Vitrified tiles are classified under group B1a of the international Standard for ceramic tiles ISO: 13006. Tiles shall be hard, dense, impervious and frost resistant. Water absorption of tiles shall be less than 0.5% and flexural strength (Modulus of Rupture) shall be more than 35 N/Sqmm. (b) The manufacturer's test certificate and individual test certificate for tiles must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation.

Factory made UPVC three track sliding Window frame having 2 tracks for glass shutter and 1 track for mosquito sash made of upvc profile section of size 73mm x 42mm (wxh) having outer wall thickness of 2.0mm(+/-0.2mm). Sliding glass shutter shall be made of UPVC section of size 55mm x 33mm and sliding wire mesh shutter shall be made of UPVC section of size 40mm x 22mm. All section of the frame, sash, transom & mullion, as applicable, shall be duly reinforced with G/J/U/O shape galvanised mild steel section of required thickness considering structural / wind load requirement. System shall be provided with the suitable upvc bead for glazing of the system & fitted with inner & outer EPDM seal gaskets. Clear Glass of Saint Gobain / Modiguard make with thickness of 4mm and stainless steel wire cloth of 0.19mm nominal dia. All welded joints are to be neatly trimmed & feature grooved/raised nib finish so make the finished product free from all sharp edges & burrs. All the corner / mullion / transom joints of the frame and sash shall be mitered cut & fusion welded without any mechanical joining. System shall have adequate drainage mechanism to permit the escape of water from horizontal member beneath each sealed unit. System is to be provided with proper operating & locking hardware mechanism. Window locking system will be either both side push lock system or semi-circle locking system in centre. Complete window shall be fixed in to the existing pre finished aperture, by drilling and fixing through the outer frame using quality fasteners & silicon glue is applied to fill up the crevice between wall and window frame for leak proof installation including taking existing one complete all as specified. Note: - The contractor will have to submit 5 years warranty certificate for upvc profile and 1 year warranty certificate for hardwares.

Granite work (of any type) 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished including round edge) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms, wash basin platform and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with granite shade over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cm 1:4 including demoliton of existing stone slab complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (a) The manufacturer's test certificate and individual test certificate for tiles must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation. (b) Single piece should be used in steps/ cills/ jambs/ shelves

Taking down cement plaster on ceilings including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., including removal of rubbish off the premises, removal and depositing serviceable materials where directed and leaving the work clear of any plastering and material and labour for Rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 mixed finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

False ceiling at any height with "Armstrong Ultima micro look tiles" manufactured by M/S Armstrong world industries using hot dipped galvanised steel section exposed surface chemically cleaned capping prefinished inbaked polyster paint, main tee of size 3000x32x15mm at 1200c/c and cross tee of size 1200x32x600 at 600mm c/c and wall angle of size3000x19x19mm around the wall to form grid of size 600*600 mm centre to centre.Hanger ofGI wire of 4.0mm dia to be fixed by approved roof plug' level adjusters and screws etc, The last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 450mm from the adjacent wall. Perimeter wall angle and micro look grid runner has to be on the 600x600mm mould including taking down of existing ceiling board of description complete all as directed. 100 mm thick plain cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) including demolition of existing concrete and disposal out side MD land as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Factory made UPVC Ventilators design will be like top part fixed with exhaust fan provision and bottom part with fixed louver strips.Ventilators frame made of upvc profile section of size 45mm x 43mm (wxh) having outer wall thickness of 2.0mm(+/-0.2mm). Wherever required /specified, system shall havev the fix mullion of size 45mm x 60mm having outer wall thickness of 2.0mm(+/- 0.2mm). All section of the frame,transom & mullion shall be duly reinforced with G/J/U/O shape galvanised mild steel section of required thickness considering structural / wind load requirement. System shall be provided with the suitable upvc bead for glazing of the system & fitted with inner & outer EPDM seal gaskets. Pinhead Glass with thickness of 4mm required for fixed & louvers strips. All welded joints are to be neatly trimmed & feature grooved/raised nib finish so make the finished product free from all sharp edges & burrs. Dismantling/ taking down old existing unserviceable cement plaster, loose/ unsound weaken cement concrete of any description and in any position from existing external / internal surface of RCC roof/slab/beams/columns/RCC facias for an average depth of 25mm (Approx height 7.5m from natural ground level) with power driven pneumatic flat/pointed chisel and removing the honeycombed area including all the corners and making a neat profile of the cavities, roughen the smooth surface , scrapping out/removing corrosion all loose/scale/rust etc form the visible reinforcement by applying rust remover such as Rust Off 100 of make M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, or equivalent in M/s Fosroc Chemicals, M/s Choksey Chemicals Pvt., M/s BOSTIk India pvt limited, M/s STP Limited, M/s Thermex ( as approved by GE) and cleaning the steel reinforcement properly all as manufactures and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing cement based angle fillet for 75mm X 75mm admixed with Sikacim, integral waterproofing liquid M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, or equivalent in M/s Fosroc Chemicals, M/s Choksey Chemicals Pvt., M/s Thermex, M/s BOSTIk India pvt limited, M/s STP Limited, (as approved by GE) @ 0.2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions over a coat of acrylic emulsion bonding agent such as per as Sika Latex in 1:1:3 ratio of Make M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, or equivalent in M/S Fosrox chemicals, M/s Choksey Chemicals Pvt., M/s BOSTIk India pvt limited, M/s STP Limited, M/s Thermex (as approved by GE) having specific gravity of 1.02 or as per manufacturer’s instructions with necessary surface preparation such as creating mechanical key like roughing the surface by scrabbing, grit blasting and cleaning the existing surface using high pressure water jet machine having pressure upto 500 bar pressure to remove the dirt, dust, loose particles, wax, efforencene and other contaminations from the surface of RCC columns/ beams/ slabs/ facia/ any brick/stone surfaces etc all as manufactures and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying FRIAZINC R, corrosion inhabiliting Active Zinc rich primer of make M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, or equivalent in M/s Fosroc Chemicals, M/s Choksey Chemicals Pvt., M/s BOSTIk India pvt limited, M/s STP Limited, M/s Thermex (as approved by GE) along the exposed reinforcement surface property and allowed to dry.

Providing and applying Hibond, Epoxy based Thixotropic bonding adhesive of Make of M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, or equivalent in M/s Fosroc Chemicals, M/s Choksey Chemicals Pvt., M/s Thermex, M/s BOSTIk India pvt limited, M/s STP Limited, M/s Thermex (as approved by GE) over the prepared concrete surface to get a good bonding between existing concrete surface and providing Sika Rep Microcrete 4 Fiber reinforced cementitious repair micro concrete of make M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, or equivalent in M/s Fosroc Chemicals, M/s Choksey Chemicals Pvt., M/s BOSTIk India pvt limited, M/s STP Limited, ( as approved by GE)over Epoxy based bonding agent applied area before 6 Hrs etc including providing necessary proportions, bracing and runners to relieve the member from the load coming on it including scaffolding leak proof shuttering with working platform as required and as per design and pattern complete including preparing the surface to match with the existing surface all as specified and directed.
