Bidder should be registered under GST and should submit proof of filing GST returns forthe past 8 tax periods

The bidder shall provide documentary proof of IT returns filed for previous two financial years

The Bidder bidding for the following items should have turnover of amount as mentioned in the table below for in any of these audited financial years (2023-24, 2024-25,2025-26) from IT Enabled Services / Computers, Scanners, Printers and Rover Supplies (whichever is applicable for the bidded item/ items) and should have a positive net worth.Average Annual Turnover in Last2 years Rs. 2 Crores

Bidder should furnish copy of the Registration document where the Company/Proprietorship/ Partnership is registered under Indian Companies Act 1956 or 2013/Partnership Act 1932 / Shops and Establishment Act/Limited Liability Partnership, etc.

Bidder shall be authorized dealer and shall submit Manufacturer Authorization Form MAF as per Annexure 3or if Bidder is OEM declaration shall be furnished to that effect as per Annexure-3

The bidder should be ISO 9001: 2015, 20000-1:2018 & 14001:2015 certified and in business for the last 2 years.

Bidder should have supplied the equipment(s) similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements up to at least 80% of the quantity required in any one of the 2 years. (If the bidder is a manufacturer should have supplied 80% of the requirements in last 2 years. If he is authorized dealer should have supplied 30% of the requirement). The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should have been released on or after 01.01.2024.,The bidders should have experience of supplying minimum quantity as mentioned in Clause 7(a) above to a Central or State Government / UrbanLocal Bodies / Government Departments.

Company information shall be furnished as per Annexure 4. The Bidder/OEM should have dedicated customer care number and mail address in their website. After raising any complaints on Rover from any part of Karnataka Bidder needs to collect the faulty unit from district headquarter and replace with stand by unit immediately and shall return the instrument after service within10 days. All the logistics cost should beborne by bidder.

The bidder should not have been blacklisted by any organization of Karnataka or in any other State Government or Central Government or PSU undertakings for anyreason whatsoever

The bidder would provide letter of compliance of the Technical specifications of the bided item indicated in the last columnofrespective Annexures.

The bidder bidding for Rovers should successfully demonstrate the product and pick the features of the field as per the technical specifications mentioned in this RFP in the location intimated by the department
