M & L for applying one coat of alkali resistant priming paint and over of primer applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. etc as per existing or as approved tint/colour complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for refixing the split AC up to 2.0Ton colecting from E/M store after completed the B/R work including necessary servicing, gas top up & replacement of minor spares if required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Refixing of wall mounted fan 450 mm sweep esteem type along with speed control complete with all accessories incl mounting fabricated MS flat and anchor fastner nuts and bolts all as per design given by Engr-in-Charge all as directed after complete the B/R work including taking down the fan and serviceing with replace the minor spares complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
