Dismantling of exisitng wooden flooring and damaged wall panelling and disposing it or as directed by the engineer .

Dismantling of exisitng board room table and stacking or refixing in other room as directed by the engineer. Scope shall also include removal and securing of existing mics,camera,cables,switch sockets/table top box and all allied items and proper covering and securing of existing TV/network switches/cameras/cables etc.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles of approved make in different sizes 800*800 mm or 1200*1200 mm(thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. pheripherial skiritng matching to the color of vetrified tile to be fixed complete. suitable tiles makes jhonson/kajaria/orient bell or equivalent Contactor shall ensure that no cable shall be visible on the flooring. Necessary arrangement shall be made by the contractor for laying the cables in Raceway of 100mm x 40 mm of required length to suit the site conditions by making excavation in lean concrete as necessary allowing for connectivity between existing TV/ network swiches to the table for laying the cables to be provided.Note:CM or adhesive for fixing tiles whichever is suitable to match the same level of flooring is to be decided by the contractor. (Basic rate of tile shall be between Rs.900.00 to RS.1400.00 per sq. mtrs)

Supply and installation of U type Board room table as per drawing.the table top will be of thickness of 45mm and leg will be of thickness of 40mm.the height of the table will be of 760mm.the material to be used will be of 1st class marine plywood.the laminates will be of approved make and color of 1mm thickness .pvc edging will be of 1mm of approved make.Scope shall also include refixing and commissioning of the entire systems removed from the old table like table mic, camera and power sockets/table top boxes etc.Suitable arrangement and provision for fixing the dismantled items from the old table to be made available. (Note: The ELV and AV system work shall be done through experienced agencies as approved by GSL)

Providing and fixing wall panelling made out of Teakwood framing 50mmx50mm ,Marine plywood 12mm thk,4mm thk veneer matching to existing panned area,including polishing work to match with existing wall,all labour materials etc complete.

Wall Painting (same color code of exisiting wall) -Applying two coat textured paint over the exisitng coat with necessary scapping wherever required .

ceiling painting(same color code of exisiting wall) Applying two coat plastic emulsion paint on the wall over the exisitng coat with necessary scrapping and directed by engineer
