Improvement to Rengalbeda Check Dam over Rengalbeda nalla village Rengalbeda in Bijatala Block of Mayurbhanj District under Impt to Check Dam scheme for the year 2025-26.

Clearing shrub jungle uprooting stumps and small bushes and trees below 1m girth on premeasurement required etc. with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kind of soil including moorum,stoney earth, gravel etc. interspreaded with boulders upto 1/2 cum in size with all lift and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as directed by the EIC within an initial lead of 1km from the place of excavation complete.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil with all leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed of foundation to proper slope and level and making it fit for laying concrete including depositing the excavated materials clear of work site with all leads, lifts and delifts etc. complete including dewatering from foundation if required etc. with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing old revetment, appron and repaking with old stone of approved quality including filling the interstices with small stone to proper slope and level with cost, conveyance and other taxes of all materials , labour and T&P required for the item complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Rough Stone dry packing in appron and revetments & slopes of dam and dyke with hard granite stone 15 to 30 cm size of approved quality including filling the interstices with small stone to proper slope and level with cost, conveyance, rayality and other taxes of all materials , labour and T&P required for the item complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete M15 grade with crushed granite coarse aggregate of 20 mm down graded mixed in concrete mixture including cost of all materials ,machineries and labouer with all lead for materials upto the mixing yard and transportation of mixed concrete within initial lead of 50m and laying in dams, barrages,power house and pen stock with all lift/delift upto 1.50m height above average ground level etc. complete in all respect to proper slope & level with all cost, conveyance, royalty & other taes of all materials complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

RCC M 20 grade with crushed granite 20mm down graded coarse aggregate of approved quality mixing by concrete mixer including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in position to proper slope and level & compacting by vibrator in layers not exceeding 0.15m depth & finishing the exposed surface smooth including watering, curing for required period including cost, conveyance, royalty all materials labour, T & P materials required for this item including hire and running charges of machineries complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Straightening,cutting, bending, binding and lying the grills as per approved design & placing in position including cost, conveyance of M.S. Rod & binding wire 18 to 20 gauge complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(Weight of binding wire is not including for payment)

Providing rigid shuttering with box type steel shuttering plates with keys for intermediate construction joints in rafts of weirs, barrages and dam blocks including cost of all materials and labour T & P. etc. complete as directed by the Engineer- in- charge including removal of forms.

Excavation of any approved type of soil from borrow area by mechanical means loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil with all leads and lifts and delifts of one KM on properly prepaired surface including spreading and levelling the earth in 22.50 cum layers in dam and dyke for all heights including royality of earth etc as specification and direction of the engineer-in charge (Measurment should be taken in finished leval section and 12.5 volume will be deducted towards settlement of earth in filling section ).
