Work of replacement of faulty 11 KV CT installed in 11 KV VCB of different makes installed at various sub-stations of 33/11 KV in the jurisdiction of Electrical Test Lab, Modinagar and Muradnagar under Electrical Test Division-Ghaziabad.

**Supply, dismantling of old damaged/burnt/defective, installation, testing and commissioning of new 11 KV Indoor Epoxy Resin Cast Double Ratio Current Transformer (CT) suitable for 11 KV VCB Panel complete with all accessories, mounting hardware, nuts, bolts, washers, fixing arrangement, interconnection, secondary wiring, termination and commissioning. The CT shall be brand new, GTP approved and of approved make conforming to the latest UPPCL/PVVNL Approved Vendor List (AVL), approved GTP, IS:2705 and IEC:61869-2 standards, having Double Ratio 400/200/5-5 Ampere or 600/300/5-5 Ampere (as per site requirement) with Core-1: Accuracy Class 0.5, 10 VA (Metering) and Core-2: Accuracy Class 5P20, 15 VA (Protection). The scope of work shall include dismantling of the existing defective CT, safe handling and handing over of dismantled CT to the department, loading, unloading, transportation, installation, alignment, tightening, complete secondary wiring, polarity test, ratio test, insulation resistance test, secondary injection test (wherever applicable), checking of metering and protection circuits and successful testing & commissioning including all labour, T&P, consumables and incidental materials required for satisfactory completion of work. The supplied CT shall carry a guarantee of 24 months from the date of commissioning or 30 months from the date of supply, whichever is earlier. Any defect arising due to manufacturing defect, poor workmanship or failure during the guarantee period shall be rectified/replaced by the contractor free of cost including dismantling, transportation, installation, testing and commissioning without any extra financial liability to the department. No extra payment shall be admissible for any material, accessories or activity required for successful completion of the work but not specifically mentioned in the BOQ.
