Service Charges for Major Overhauling of EA20 engine 15 KVA DG Set complete dismantling the engine. Checking and cleaning the all spares parts and reassemble the engine with new spares part, Checking the bumping clearness, fuel timing and valve tappet clearness and finally starting and testing the DG Set without and on load condition to check the satisfactory performance of the DG Set.

Service charges for decoupling of Alternator from the engine dismantled the alternator, main stator with rotor assembly, removing and overhauling of stator with rotor assembly and varnishing heating and both main stator assembly, reassembled the alternator and coupled the engine after starting and testing the DG Set found performance satisfactory.
