Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roof, jointed and grouted / pointed in cement mortar including cleaning serviceable tiles and stacking properly for re-use, disposal of unserviceable tiles and debris /rubbish from site complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud in roofs, any thickness, including mud plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) and removing debries of the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding concrete of required thickness, fair finished, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges and like including weathering slight rounded and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm including priming coat, cleaning surfaces etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 3mm (minimum) APP film based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3Kg per sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric ( weight not less than 150 gms /sqm ) laid on bituminous surfaces by forced application over entire roof area with overlapping 100 mm to either sides and sealed, including cleaning the surface in roofs complete as per manufacturer's instructions and as specified & directed.

Material and labour for 40 mm thick brick tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1.4 and joints grouted and flush pointing in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with and including 5% crude oil by weight of cement as work proceed complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 6 above but except brick tiles.Note : Serviceable brick tiles obtained from dismantling shall be reused.

Taking down cement plaster of any thickness, any description from wall's etc. including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water and dispose off debries out side the premises complete all as specified and directed..

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tank of capacity exc 250 litres & n.exc 500 Litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required re- connecting and re-fixing in position and Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc. from tank and form mouths of circulating pipes, etc. complete all as specified and directed.
