Demolition of brickwork or stone masonary built in cement mortat including all quions & jambs etc complete all as specified and directed

Demolitiin of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of exposed concrete surface of sticking material including loose and foregin material by stand blasting with coarse sand followed by and including cleaning with oil free air blast as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick work or stone masonary wall including racking of joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

Chipping of unsound / weak concrete materials from slabs, beams, columns, lintel, chajja, fin, facia etc by any means including tapering all edges, amking square shoulders of cavities air or sand blasting etc and cleaning of exposed concrete surface of lightly picking materials by air blasting or sand balsting incl foreign materials, loose concrete / aggregare etc and disposal of all debris out of MOD land complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for 30 to 50mm average thickness for slabs / chajja / bemas / column

Material , labour and Cleaning as directed & specified all rust/ scales/corrosion from reinforcement bars using rust remover , cleaning and etching agent, having Specific Gravity 1.16 - 1.22 @ 25°C. Reebaklens RR cleaning agent is a combination of acid based material, corrosion inhibitors and dispersing agents and is supplied as a clear green solution and prepared with brush for complete wetting of rusted metal surface and allowed to react it for 16- 24 hours followed by cleaning the surface with wire brush and washing surface with fresh water as required to exposed reinforcement bars complete as specified. Item rate is inclusive of materials, all labour, tools and tackles, and transportation etc. complete as per specification and as directed by Engg.-in-charge.

Material , labour and applying inhibition coats/system to exposed reinforcement bars after drying & also new bars after cleaning & removing scales and rust completely as specified. The component epoxy zincrich primer based on metallic zinc and epoxy resin which on mixing gives a grey coloured liquid. An Anti corrosive coat contents Active 'Zinc-rich' system which combats corrosion by electro chemical means. having specific gravity of 1.75, Adhesive bond strength > 1.5 N/mm2 Zinc content >84 % by weight, 40 microns DFT, Fully dry/ Recoatable - 45 minutes to 1 hour. Typical application includes surface preparations by cleaning steel surface to a bright condition paying particular attention to the back of exposed steel bars, mixed two components slow speed heavy duty drill fitted with a paddle, applying unbroken coat with suitable brush and allow to dry, after 30 mins apply second coat to ensure complete cover to exposed steel/ rebar etc complete. Total Dry film thickness is 40 microns. Item rate is inclusive of materials, all labour, tools and tackles and transportation etc complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of columns complete all as specified and directed.

Material , labour & fixing Supporting the structural element temporarily using heavy duty flat headed steel props of minimum capacity 3 Ton and having height of upto 16‘ erected vertically in plumb, braced horizontally and diagonally at centre with each others using 40 Nb steel pipes and supporting a continuous 4” x 3” wooden runner just below the structural element, resting on wooden block to support the structure provisionally during repair and jacketing etc. and maintaining them in position till required as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for Reinforced Cement Concrete M-25 (Design mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in beams complete all as specified and directed.
