[Note : Stainless steel steel butt hinges including necessary SS screws shall be paid seperately.]

S&F factory made 30 mm thick single extruded WPC (wood polymer composite) wire gauged i.e. panel will be wire mesh in lieu of WPC, the wire gauze shall be warped on additional square 8 mm M.S Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to MS frame, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand filling under hardcore for plinth protection floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed. [Total Qty : 60.00 (Part-I) + 12.50 (Part-II) = 72.50]

M&L broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed. [Total Qty : 30.00 (Part-I) + 37.50 (Part-II) = 67.50]

M&L 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete type C1 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) finishing as in Plinth protection surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including demolition of old unserviceable concrete, complete all as specified and directed. [Note : The rate includes the length not exceeding 3m length with joint to be filled with bituminious mastic filling comprising a mixture of 1 part of heated Industrial bitumen 85/25 grade and two part of heated sand. The toe of plinth protection of size 75mm deep and 75mm wide shall also be of PCC M10.]

M&L Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains including demolition of old unserviceable concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying snd fixing in opening as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165 the grill shall be inseted in the wall surface including necessary drilling and grouting with cement etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs Plain Cement Concrete 1:5:10, type E2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete, including dismantling old unserviceable PCC, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Water proofing treatment to Sunken floor complete all as specified and directed in following steps :- (a) STAGE-I : Taking out old unserviceable treatment over sunken floor & clean the surface with wire brush, dirt less with water jet etc. (b) STAGE-II : Providing and laying water proofing treatment of sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc. by applying cement slurry mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementorious composite compound coating of make as approved in Technical Instruction 5/2003. (c) STAGE-III : First layer of slurry of cement 0.488 Kg/Sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementious composite compound @ 0.253 Kg/Sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (d) STAGE-IV : Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 Kg/Sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementious composite compound @ 0.126 Kg/Sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. (e) STAGE-V : 200 micron thick polythene film pasted with the help of adhesives shall be provided over treatment. (f) STAGE-VI : Testing of all trap & joint and sunken slab shall be done as per IS-1742 & report to be submitted to Engr-in-Charge for claiming of payment.

Rendering 10mm thick for roof treatment on fair faces on roof surfaces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair including waterproofing compound mixing as per manufacturers instructions including taking out old unserviceable roof padding, complete all as specified and directed. [Note : WPC shall be paid and measured seperately.]

M&L for roof treatment by preparation new surfaces of roof and apply two coats of polyurethene (PU) acrylic based water proofing liquid compound over & including one coat of self priming @one litre per ten sqm with reinforcing fabric sheet as per manufactures instruction to stop leakage / seepage from roof / wall complete all as specified and directed. [Note : (i) As per description of these item minimum two coats of Polyurethene (PU) acrylic based water proofing liquid compound over one coat of primer shall be carried out by as per manufacturer instruction. Please note no price adjustment shall be made, if as per manufacturer instructions more coats of polyurethene (PU) acrylic based water proofing liquid compound & primer are required for roof treatment. (ii) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in building / structure of any height. (iii) Under coat plaster with WPC shall be done with slope outwards & paid under Item No. 1.079 .]

M&L TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L green Marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of following types including demolition of old unserviceable one, complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, granite/kota stone and other similar situations incl polishing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over cement screed and jointed over screed bed or bedding of mortar 20 mm thick in Cement Motar 1:6 for laying floor finish, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs Machine cut Kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and piller laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over & including 10mm thick Cement Motar 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs 18/19mm thick Prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Teak wood lipping 6mm thick fixed with nails at side of pre laminated particle / block board or veneered particle board, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of cavities, roughening the smooth surface, scrapping out / removing corrosion all loose/scale/rust etc. from the visible deteriorated, rusted reinforcement by applying rust remover @200 ml per Sqm or as per manufacturers instruction properly and then applying 40 micron thick dry thickness coat of epoxy zinc primer @250 ml per sqm or as per manufacturers instructions of exposed and new steel reinforcement (measured flat), complete all as specified and directed.

PART-III : FENCING / COMPOUND WALL / GATE

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.50 cum, getting out, n.exc 25 cm removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface, complete all as specified and directed. [Note : Filling of PCC shall be measured & paid under Item No. 3.02.]

S&F in repairs angle posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting, or riveting etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only in repairs chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type of standards rails, straining bolts etc., including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Galvanised Iron wire using Hot Dip technology chain electrogalvanized coating chain link fencing wire mesh of size 75mm x 75mm minimum dia meter of wire 3.8mm to 4.00mm, confirming to IS-2712-2003 having a tensile strength 400 to 500 Mpa. The mesh wire and line wire of the fabric shall be manufactured from galvanized steel confirming to IS-280:2006 (4th revision). The Kuncled ends should be of at least 50% of the size of the square mesh. The wires used in fencing should be long lasting and resistance to corrossion and testing criteria fulfill the requirement as per IS-1161:1998 and with additional anto corrosive coating as per IS:158, complete all as specified and directed.
