S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S square tube supplying & fixing in opening, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame wealded/sealed to the stiles & rails with sutable PVC sheet beading and jointed togeather with solvent cement, fix in frame, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 2nd class hardwood plain solid straight chowkats and frames wrought framed rebates on the solid, rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints supplied and fixed.

M&L hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe -290 Gde E-165

M & L cement concrete type C - 1 (1:3:6) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed blocks,fillings for holdfast etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 35 mm thick Plain framed, paneled shutter (three panel) with lock rail and panel of 12mm plywood commercial on both faces. The size of rail and style as per IS: 1003(Part - 1), complete as directed.

S & F 30 mm thick flush shutters solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides supplied and fitted to chowkats.

S & F 35mm thick 2nd class hardwood glazed and skeleton shutters of 8 panels, divided into squares with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred & rebated sash bars and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cat and mitred beads for securing glass etc fitted to chowkats for doors, etc complete, size of member of shutter as specified in SSR Part -I, Sec 8, clause 8.20 (a). Sample of shutter can be seen in GE's office.

S&F block boards 18/19mm thick gde 2 quality, interior grade, commercial type for cupboard shutter, shelf, etc complete

S&F in 12mm thick pre-laminated particle board interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination for cupboard shutter, shelf, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel windows with side hung shutters incl projecting type hinges with one no MS flat iron 25x3 mm of appx 200mm length and two nos MS Tower bolt 150mm long and one peg stay on each leaf complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on wall of any description incl racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete.

In small widths/depths ( exposed area not exc 0.16 Sqm ) by breaking the cracked/loose portion and filling with Cement Mortar / Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 ,Type B-0 , using 12.5 mm Crushed stone aggregates , over GI wire mesh, giving a coat of anti corrosive paint to exposed Reinforcement and using coat of anti corrosive paint to exposed Reinforcement and using chemical for bonding old and new concrete/plaster and finishing with CM 1:3 plastering, incl 2 coats of white wash to match the exisitng surfaces incl removing debris , necessary scaffolding , etc, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement if any provided shall be measured and paid separately)

Note: 10mm wide and 75mm deep joints shall be made at 3 mtr intervel and at each corner and the same shall be filled with using bitumen 85/25 and sand in the ratio 1:3.
