Construction of Granular Sub-base by providing close graded material,mixing in a machanical plant at OMC,carriage of mixed material to work site,spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to acheive the desired density,Complete as per clause 401.

Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam for 250mm thick specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density,including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications as per clause 406 of MORTH.

Providing and laying Prime Coat over WBM/WMM surface using 7 Kg of Emulsion Bitumen(SS-1) for 10 Sq.m and cost of Emulsion Bitumen which will be supplied and procured by the contractor himself at his own cost as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and for applying the required quantity of bitumenius Binder as tack Coat by Bitumen sprayer including hire and fuel for all tools and plant employed etc., complete as per clause 502 of MORTH Rev-5 Specification . etc., complete as per standard specification

Applying Tack Coat over existing Prime coating WMM surface using 2.5 Kg of Bitumen emulsion(RS-1) per 10 Sq.m including labour charges for preparing the surface removing of binder materials and other foreign matter with wire brushes and small picks & axes sweeping with brooms on soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bag and/or compressed air and applying the required quantity of bitumen emulsion as tack coat manually etc., Complete complying with 503 of MORTH.Rev-5 specifications.

Providing and laying 50 mm conslidated thick Dense Bituminuous macadam using 0.24 cum of 26.50-13.20 mm,0.25cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23cum of 2.36mm and below and with 53.20kg of VG30(60/70Bulk ) Bitumen premixing 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site,heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 tons capacity,conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site,spreading the mix uniform thickness of 50mm with paver to the specified grade and cross sections and compaction by vibratory/ pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for accending to pavor at sites etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30T CMP with bitumen Boiler,tipper trucks, paver finisher/9 m paver finisher,vibratory/ pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required including to all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 505 MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete 30mm Consolidated thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00 – 9.50mm,0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 mm & below with 45.27 Kgs of VG30 (60/70Bulk ) Bitumen and 5.03kg of Shredded Plastic waste 10% for premixing per 10 Sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 – 30 ton capacity, Conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40 mm with mechanical pavers to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory/Pneumatic rollers to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and Metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30 ton CMP With bitumen boiler tipper,trucks, paver Finisher/9M, Vibrator rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification using CMP Clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm. thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms. per sqm. area, thickness of 2.5 mm. is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc. complete. (as per MORT & H specification No.803). (CE(H) Chennai Memo No.4848/BOE/138/2011-1/ dated:06.01.12)

Earthwork excavation for foundation to the full depth as may be directed by departmental officers in all types of soils except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary, refilling the sides of foundation with excavated soil in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in the places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead of 10 Meters and initial lift 2 Metres and clearing and leveling the site etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix (One Cement, Four Fine Aggregate and Eight Coarse Aggregate) Using 40mm ISS HBG metal for foundation and basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.28).

Centering for soffits of reinforced cement concrete slabs or plain surfaces including strutting upto 3 mts height using MS sheets of size 90 cm x 60 cm (10 gauge) and stiffered with elded silver oak joists of size 10 cm x 6.5 cm spaced at about 90 ce c/c and supported by casurinaprops of size 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75 cm c/c complying with standard specification

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 mix (One Cement, Three Fine Aggregate and Six Coarse Aggregate) Using 40mm and 20mm ISS HBG Metal for foundation and basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.28).

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed tor steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per design given including cost of steel and binding wire with all conveyance and lead charges in all floors etc.complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the deparmental engineers. TNBP No:30

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1 1/2:3 (One cement, one and half sand and Three aggregate) using machine crushed 20mm gauge hard broken stone jelly for all RCC items of work excluding centering strutting, and reinforcement grills placed in position but including mixing concrete, laying and vibrations charges, curing, etc complete and including providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary etc. complete complying with standard specification( TNBP No:30)
