Daily cleaning, upkeeping of Residential and Non-Residential Building including brooming of floor of Residential and Non-Residential Building campus, mopping of floor, skirting , cleaning of door, window, table, etc. Cleaning of toilets by sanitary materials, mopping of floor etc complete as per instruction of EIC.(By engaging minimum 09 manpower / day :(1). Block- B-Types, C-Type, D-Type: 06 Nos, (2). Pump House, Substation, Guard Room: 01 No., (3).Dispensary: 02 nos.).

Door to Door collection of garbage (biodegradable and non-biodegradable in separate container) from 7.00A.M to 11.00 A.M for all the blocks including Dispensary & VIP Guest House in separate container from all residential colony and segregation of garbage at dumping pit etc complete as per instruction of EIC (By engaging minimum 02 manpower / day).

Sweeping & cleaning of road including berms of roads and Cleaning of road side drain, back drain connecting drain incuding disposal of sludge / muck as per the instruction of EIC (By engaging minimum 03 manpower / day).

Carriage of domestic waste material collected from houses everyday by mechanical means small 4 wheeler vehicle including hire charges of small vehicle including driver and diesel.

Cleaning of inspection chambers including cleaning surrounding the chambers, removing the cover, cleaning and refixing the cover etc.

Cleaning of septic tanks including cleaning surrounding the septic tank removing the precast cover of septic tank, cleaning and removing sludge from the septic tank and safe disposal of sludge outside the premises, refixing the cover after thoroughly cleaning as per the instruction of EIC.

Removal of dead bodies of animals like cat, dog, cows etc and disposed/burried them away from the premises.

Daily Maintenance of Jogging Path, lawn, garden, flower beds, potted plants, plants and trees, planting of new plants/new lawns as and where required including watering, removal of weeds, wild vegetation etc, manuring, putting good earth, fertilisers, applying pesticides at varous locations etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Cost of plants, manure, good earth, etc. to be paid for separately. However, cost of tools & plants, flexible pipes, fertilisers and insecticide/ pesticides are included in the item and is to be arranged by the contractor. The water supply point shall be provided at one point at each separate location by the department.). (By engaging minimum 02 manpower / day).

Cleaning of overhead water storage tank including removing of cover, cleaning thoroughly and disinfecting by bleaching powers and placing the cover,all complete as per the instructions of EIC.
