The Railway reserves the right to place orders for entire or bulk quantity on OEM or their authorized dealers having satisfactory past performance for same or similar item at 16.5 GTC of Eastern Railway tender conditions is applicable. Any firm quoting on behalf of OEM must submit valid & tender specific authorization certificate from their OEM, failing which their offer is summarily to be rejected.

The product should purchased from ISO 9001 certification manufacturer.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

For offer value below 5 lakhs, The inspection will be done by consignee.For offer value above 5 lakhs, The inspection will be done by TPI

Materials should be supplied in OEM packing.

Manufactures identifications mark along with month & Year of manufacturing to be provided at suitable place on materials or an boxes/cartons as per drawing specifications or as per feasibility as the case may be.

GC/WC as per latest IRS terms condition must be submitted along with supply.

All the bidders or tenderers should ensure that they are GST complaint and their quoted tax structure /rate is as per GST Law with GST registration number.

If firm quotes any deviation in any uploaded documents , the purchaser may, at this discretion, ignore any such deviation while issuing the contract.

Delivery should be free at destination. i.e. Sr.DSC/RPF/SDAH.

Scope of supply ( Bid price to include all cost components): Supply ,Installation and commissioning of Goods.

Availability of Service Centres: Bidder/OEM must have a Functional Service Center in the state of Consignee's Location for warranty.
