Suppy, installing, connecting, commissioning and testing of energy effficient transformer (level 3 of IS 1180) 5 star rating , of capacity 315 KVA indoor type, step down 11/0.433 KV, core type oil immersed, copper wound, natural oil cooled with external cooling tubes/radiators, having 3 phase 50 Hz AC supply, DYn-11 design, off load tap changer on HT side to vary secondary voltage ±7.5% in steps of 2.5% as per IS 1180 (Pt-I to III) with all standerd accessories including HT and LT bushing, cable box on LT and HT side, including first filling of new transformer oil (of di-electric strength not less than 50 KV) upto required level in conservator tank complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge with and including the following :- (a) One No 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer with resetting device vapour pressure type having range 0 to 120 degree centigrade. The transformer should be 5 Star rating and energy conservation (Energy conservation Binary Corps) for which necessasry test certificate to be produced by contractor from manufacturer of the transformer.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT underground cable XLPE insulated , PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty and 1100 volts grade with multistranded aluminium conductor of size 185 sqmm 3.5 core in trenches/ducts/through pipes/under culverts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT underground cable XLPE insulated , PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty and 1100 volts grade with multistranded aluminium conductor of size 240 sqmm 3.5 core in trenches/ducts/through pipes/under culverts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old structural steel or MS work like old cross arms, channel/ angles sections or bracings nuts bolts washers etc from elelctric poles, any position and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old insulators any type and any size from OH electric poles and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

The manufacture of board/panel shall submit a copy of CPRI test report of degree of ingress protection IP 65 in accordance with IEC 60529. The gasket material shall be Polyurethane ; while the gasket shall be internally embedded. The manufacture of board/ panel shall submit a copy of type test report of a board made out of polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC60439-1. The report shall mention the following tests performed and passed out satisfactory:- (a) Degree of protection. (b) Temperature rise. (c) Dielectric Properties. (d) Short circuit withstand current. (e) Effectiveness of protective circuits. (f) Clearance & creepage distance. (g) Mechanical operation. Polycarbonate enclosure shall be fire retardant & self extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60 695-2-11, DIN VDE 0304 part 3,UL subject 94 for Flammability V-2. It shall be tested at Glow wire test for 960 deg. Cent. The impact strength of polycarbonate enclosures/ boards i.e. the degree of protection against mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298-98 for IK 08.

The lid closing and opening shall be done by quick fastering spring mechanism latches. Suitable accessories for armoured cable shall be supplied with the panel. These accessories shall not be fitted with screws, so that there is no loss of IP, but should be auto fit including 04 Nos legs of not less than 50 cm long each below the base of panel made of angle iron 50 x 50 x 6 mm for grouting purpose in PCC 1 :2:4 type B1 [ using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation) The board manufacturer shall submit the copy of type test reports for polycarbonate thermoplastic board only. S & F steel tubular swaged poles complete with mild steel base plate, closed at top as specified, type 410 SP-55 (11 metre long) including painting with two coats of black bitumonous paint externally up to the planted depth and internally through out and remaining external portion with two coats of aluminium paint , over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified. Note - Earthwork, foundation concrete etc shall be measured & paid separately.
