Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar etc.all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L Marble work of baroda green 18 to 20mm (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, shelves, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade over and including 15mm thick cement screed 1:4 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Extra over Granite or marble slabs as in rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations etc complete all as directed. all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Demolition of brick/stone massonry work built in cement mortar as in wall including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (with out taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters without taking off shutters from the frame exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each and all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1.00 Sqm and not exceeding 2.0 Sqm each all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

S&F PVC wall panelling, hollow cored, 5mm thick, decorative designs with smooths surfaces, fire resistant, water and heat proof, tongue and groove edge for easy assembly with all accessories such as U cap, end cap, tee, plugs, fillets and screws etc as per manufactures instructions and fixing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer - in - Charge.
