Taking down of CI fittings of any size, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Material & Labour for CI fittings of any type radius, tapers, bend, reducer, tee pieces single branch and double ended socket etc of size 200mm to 300 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for CI fittings of any type radius, tapers, bend, reducer, tee pieces single branch and double ended socket etc of size up to 150mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old existing 15 mm dia GI pipes lines from trenches/ floors/ roof, after opening/ joints/ unscrewed / connections, complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No. 4 to 9:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply & Fix steel water tubing 15 mm dia medium grade conforming to IS 1239 of 1990 for fixing on wall / trenches including tee, bends reducers, unions etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing 20/25mm dia including connections and refixing including cleaning old steel tubing and connection in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floor etc), complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 16 to 18:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately & necessary new fitting such as tee, socket, union etc are included in the quoted rate.

Supply & Fix in repairs, ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and fly nut, screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed for following sizes:- (a) 15mm bore

(b) 20mm bore

Supply & Fix in repairs, Gun metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed all as specified and directed for following bores of pipe:- (a) 15mm bore

(b) 20mm bore

(c) 25mm bore

(d) 40mm bore

(e) 50mm bore

(f) 80mm bore

Taking out old existing clamps joints of any size, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix clamps suitable for CI/DI pipe of size 80mm to 300 mm dia of size 32mm x 3 mm including welding 20 mm dia socket and provision of gasket/ rubber sheet for branch connection, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Necessary excavation earth work and returning filling shall be included in above quoted rate.

Material & Labour for stopping leakage of GI/ CI pipe line of 80 mm dia including provision of lead wool joint, run lead joint and spun yarn, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Necessary excavation earth work and returning filling shall be included in above quoted rate.

Supply & fix in repair mechanical joint (CID joint) with gasket including nuts & bolts suitable for following sizes:- (a) 80mm bore

Demolition of existing valve pit and Material & Labour for construction of valve pit of size 900mm x 900mm x 1000mm consisting of 230mm thick, old size brick masonry wall in cement mortar (1:6), PCC (1:4:8) type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, PCC (1:2:4) type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping/bed, finished even and smooth, rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) internally and 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) externally, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including three coats of white wash and earth work in any type of soil and including 3mm thick MS sheet cover fixed on 40mmx40mmx6mm thick angle iron frame embedded in PCC coping with locking arrangement and mild steel hold fast & handle and duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth including getting out forming bottom surface to required for laying of GI/CI pipe of any type and any size including valve pit chamber etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in any type of soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm above the ground level, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the excavated materials not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE :- SCHEDULE OF CREDIT (Amount shall be deducted offline from the total quoted amount to workout the net contract sum to be considered for acceptance.) [(-) Rs 27,822.00 /- ]
