Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in loose / soft soil all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out in any type of soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundations, fillings and mass concrete all as specified and directed by Engineer – in - Charge.

M & L cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, seismic and other similar bands, benching, coping, bed blocks, apex stones and kerbs etc including use of necessary form work all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L RCC 1:2:4, (nominal mix), Type B-1, using 20mm graded aggregates as in beams, columns, cantilevers, bressummers,, lintels over 1.5mtr clear span etc all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L cutting openings, through brick walls (built in CM) for door, window and other openings or enlarging existing openings, converting window into door openings, etc. or cutting out defective brick work for under-pinning, including providing, fixing and removing shoring, cleaning and stacking bricks, removing surplus serviceable bricks, hard – core, etc; to store and rubbish not exceeding 50m all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F PVC wall panelling, hollow cored, 5mm thick, decorative designs with smooths surfaces, fire resistant, water and heat proof, tongue and groove edge for easy assembly with all accessories such as U cap, end cap, tee, plugs, fillets and screws etc as per manufactures instructions and fixing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (with out taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters without taking off shutters from the frame exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each and all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, with Powder Coating (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron), side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.), hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) with Powder Coating (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Anodised aluminium door shutters with Powder Coating (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron), aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L forming jambs, etc; to opening (to foregoing item), including cutting, toothing and properly bonding into old work, also facing, jointing and pointing to match existing work, complete built in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Rolled mild steel conforming to Fe 290 (Gde E- 165), quality-A, in joist, channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates etc (cut to ordinary length i.e. within 20mm of length indicated) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Rolled sections conforming to Fe 290 (Gde E- 165), quality-A, as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 Grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for 100mm thick cement concrete type D-2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub floors, sub bases etc all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F embossed Mangalore pattern Pre-painted galvalume Aluminium Zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F framed work such as grills, grating, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work for water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

All as per Srl item No 28 here in before but 5mm and over for as in stirrups, spacers and binders all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces ceiling in CM 1:3 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Taking down cement plaster/ terrazo finish on brick wall including racking out joints, hacking for keys scrubbing down with water all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer and wall putty (Asian / JK / Birla), preparatory to distempering, on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having Volatile Organic Compounds less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistant, dirt resistant exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Weather proof exterior emulsion paint and primer shall be of same manufacturer.

M & L providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint and a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces including preparation of surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, column, lintels cantilevers, shelves including supports, over hangs and the like for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer – in – Charge.

Cutting hole in brick wall built in cement mortar exceeding half brick but not exceeding one brick for fixing holdfasts in jambs and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4, type B – 1 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L 03 mm thick ACP as in doors, windows, ventilators and partitions fixing with Aluminium beading or as per manufacturer instruction including joint filling and taping, necessary arrangement and colour complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F aluminium alloy anodized sliding door bolt with hasp and staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheets cast or extruded section and fixing bolts of extruded section or cast aluminium alloy 300mm size all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge .

S & F Aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section 150mm long all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

S & F aluminium mortice lock with two levers vertical type, size 100mm with necessary screws etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F double action hydraulic floor springs of approved brand and manufacturer (Conforming to IS) for aluminium doors including cutting and making good the floor as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .
