S&F in replacement for 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated solid aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4 mm GI suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular of size 10 sqmm 2 core complete all as directed by Engr-in Charge.

Servicing of DG Set 125 KVA of any Make ,checking entire system as per manufacturer's catalogue such as checking all parts for serviceability, taking down defective parts such as fuel filter assembly, by pass filter assembly, lube oil filter assembly, air cleaner assembly lube oil hose flexible pipe, hose turbo etc and replacing the same with same size, make and capacity of parts, Cleaning all the serviceable filters with cleaning solution such as petrol and diesel and draining out the old used burnt engine oil from the oil sump and cleaning oil sump with suitable cleaning solution such as petrol and diesel or any other cleaning solution and refilling new engine oil grade of required grade up to required level and including checking of control panel, tightening of loose connections and testing to DG Set to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Spare parts/Engine oil/check kit/ filters shall be measured and paid for separately under successive items here-in-after. However, labour charge are deemed to be included in quoted rates. M & L for De-scaling, cleaning of hot water tanks incl heat collecting units with heat absorbing sheet etc of solar heating system of capacity 1500 LPD complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

M & L for De-scaling, cleaning of hot water tanks incl heat collecting units with heat absorbing sheet etc of solar heating system of capacity 500/750 LPD complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

S&F in replacement electric heating element 3 kW capacity 240 volt incl connection complete all as specified and directed.

Repair and replacement of rubber gasket of heat collecting units of solar heating system of any capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement water storage tank of 1000 Ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank, 3 layered (Cylindrical / vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position, connected to existing water system incl provision of float valve complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement Ball brass valves 20 mm dia, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed with existing water connections complete all as specified and directed.

Repair and replacement of solar flat plate collector of capacity 100 LPD with solar absorber material , gasket, nut bolts, washers and insulation and other connected accessories incl taking down old unsv and fixing new with existing connection by making proper connection and ensure proper functioning complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of PVC insulated flexible unarmoured cable three core with copper conductor 2.5 Sqmm size 1100 volt grade incl lugs and connection complete all as specified and directed.
