The doors shall be manual single leaf sliding with 0.6 mm thick SS-304 sheet or pre-coated extruded Aluminium of required thickness main frame. The door leaf shall have 0.5 mm thick PCGI sheet with min 180 GSM galvanising / S.S sheet cladding on both sides with PIR foam filled In-situ and with a density 40 ± 2 Kg/m3 (insulation thicknesses as mentioned).0.60mm thick PCGI sheet flashing to protect and reinforce the cut out opening in panel wall to be included in the cost. The sliding mechanism should be sturdy and smooth in operation complete with rail, runners, sill on the bottom etc. Rail shall be made of heavy duty aluminium alloy / SS with 45º drop & with polyethylene roller / special grade nylon arrangement runner system. The rail shall be provided with canopy / cover of 1.2 mm thick PCGI / Extruded Aluminium of required thickness. The doors shall have easily replaceable EPDM gaskets to ensure perfect hermetic sealing .

Refrigeration Piping, Fittings & Valves (General details as per PART – II- REFRIGERATION SYSTEM of GTS) The piping shall be of refrigeration quality The piping shall be of refrigeration quality seamless copper tubes and the valves shall be brassomatic / Henry or equivalent make. The piping shall be included accessories such as filter, drier, sight glass, heat exchanger, suction lineaccumulator etc. as per P & I diagram approved by Consultant. Adequate number of supports shall be included. The piping shall be supported at distances of maximum 1.5 m from each other with suitably placed GS threaded rods of minimum 6 mm thickness when outside the chamber and piping shall be run on cable trays of size suitable to fit the pipes including insulation. Common cable trays can be considered depending on the suitability at site, however the same shall be acceptable to the consultant / owner. Overall, the piping execution shall ensure proper workmanship and a neat and tidy work is expected with straight horizontal and vertical lines and proper supporting. Under no circumstances shall any additional charges be demanded by the contractor for ensuring the same. The suction and discharge lines shall be designed for a maximum pressure drop corresponding to 1.1 deg. C drop in saturated evaporating and condensing temperatures. The liquid line shall be designed for maximum pressure drop corresponding to a drop 0.5 to 1 deg. C in saturation temperature. The piping shall be designed with proper slope in the direction of Refrigerant flow and to ensure proper oil return to the compressor and should be installed with adequate supports to avoid undue vibration. The piping should be thoroughly cleaned as per standard practice prior to installation. Refrigeration piping,fittings,valves,interconnecting condensing & evaporator unit complete with standard controls & accessories, supports as may be required shall be included in cost.layout drawing showing proposed location of condesing units is atttached for your reference.
Suction line insulation (General details as per PART – II- REFRIGERATION SYSTEM of GTS) Suction line insulation with EPDM/ XLPE/Equivalent insulation with minimum 28G Aluminium foil Clading in the covered areas and Weatherproof Clading in areas exposed to sunlight and is uncovered ; e.g. Woven glass cloth with epoxy coating or Armacheck GC+weatherproof coating/equivalent Clading with suitable fittings and Adhesives.Alternatively,Fevicol Weather protect coat applied as per manufacturers recommendation may be used for entire insulton protection. Thickness - 25mm Insulation supports shall be half round or full round heavy duty PVC pipe sections of relevant size which shall be atleast 150 mm in length and shall be placed below every support. This is essentially ensuring that the insulation compression at the support is at the minimum.
Drain piping with rigid U-PVC pipe from A.C. units to to suitable drain point complete with 'U' Traps for each cold room and supports.Drain lines (inside the chambers) to have 10 mm EPDM / Eqvt. insulation with factory backed Aluminium foil.Individiual Drain outlet line from ACU pipe size shall be same as the drain outlet of ACU and further the header shall be at least one size higher than the drain outlet connection size. Further, higher sizes may be considered as per the consultants/owner's recommendation

Painting of equipment/piping / piping supports etc. as per standard colour codes with initial coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint .
Humidification system for pre-cooling chambers complete with Industrial type Ultrasonic Humidifier, U-PVC water piping from the tanks to humidifier unit, fitting ,valves, atomizer nozzles (if requird), solenoid valves with strainers and humidistats etc. as may be required to maintain the relative humidity in the design range for Pre-Cooling Chambers. Also consider heavy duty PVC piping for air delivery into the cooling area for a release of humidified air into the main air stream, at atleast 1 m distance from the partition panel Humidifier Capacity: 12 Lit/hr.
Miscellaneous Items a) Vibration isolators for condensing units, supporting rods / Frame for A.C. Units with insulation, steel structure for mouting condensing units etc. as may be required b) Minor structural openings in walls / panels etc for piping, cabling etc. and finishing. c) 2000 lit water tank along with water pump as necessary for lifting water to the tank or lifting water from the tank depending on tank location ,UPVC piping, fittings,valves etc as may be required for condenser inlet air-precooling system. Condenser air pre-cooling system shall have automatic operation with water line sonenoid valves for each individual condensing unit and there shall be an interlock with the conensing unit start/stop as well as the ambiend air temperature wherein the air precooling system starts only after the ambient air temperature crosses 33 deg C and switches off when ambient goes beloe 33 deg C.
Charges for Installation, Testing and Commissioning Installation, testing and commissioning of all above equipment / material as per the system requirement. All tools and tackles, welding machines, welding rods and gases etc. required for fabrication, erection, testing and commissioning shall be arranged by the contractor at his cost. The plant shall be erected, tested, commissioned as per Consultant's approved drawings / specifications and instructions to his and Employer's satisfaction. The refrigeration system shall be pressure tested and evacuated as per standard practice before charging the refrigerant. The water lines shall also be pressure tested as per standard practice. The plant shall be run for a period of three days after commoissioning by the contractor, to assess the plant performance. The contractor shall provide 3 hard copies of operation & maintenance for the plant along with as built drawings. The contractor shall also arrange the training of the operating staff for proper operation & maintenance of the plant (included in above rates)
Part-2: Electrical work
Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of earthing station using pipe in pipe earthing electrode with complete system as per specs. Including boring, civil work, chamber etc. Earthing shall be carried out as described in IS-3043-1960 code. Pipe in pipe earthing electrode system shall be as per enclosed technical specifications. The entire earthing system should be executed as per system supplier’s instructions. The Earthing Chamber with all the necessary material required for earthing shall be in Contractors scope. Testing of the Earthing system shall be as per specification & results shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge duly signed by contractor and authorized representative. 2 meters Length Earthing Electrode

Overhauling of Machineries for 1 precooling chamber, 4 cold rooms ,ante-room , transformer, DG sets, HT/LT/APFC panels and other electrical system, dock,grading sorting line and overall any activity not mentioned but needed to carry out utilizing the equipment in effective manner. It is recommended that bidder shall visit the site and get the idea of quantom of work before quoting.
The details of the exisiting machinery is as follows, • PRE-COOLING CHAMBER:1 no, CDU (2 nos), Air Handling Unit 43 kW capacity, water pump: 1 x 3 Kw, 1 no • Cold Storage 1,2,3,4: CDU: air cooled condensing unit 1 no for each room., Air Cooling Unit: 13.5 KW each unit • Ante-room: Air cooled condesing nuit and indoor unit 1 nos • Evaporative air cooling units: Qty-2 nos • Air curtains, QTY: 13 Nos. • Grading Sorting Lines • Transformer: 200 KVA • DG set: 200 KVA • 11 KV Outdoor type MCCB panel • Main PCC panel • APFC panel:microcontroller based. • Lighting fixtures: internal as well as external street lighting of different wattage
Scope of Work for Refrigeration System: • Checking of operational log readings recorded by operators during the previous month.& Discussion operational problems, if any, with maintenance/operation staff. • Checking the actual performance of the machines and Checking & correcting the set parameters, if required. • Carrying out minor repairs. Replace minor parts ,if required. • Making recommendations to client for smooth & trouble free operation of the machines. • Cleaning & combing of ACU’s fins, suction filters, driers, pump ,strainers etc. •ACU fan & motor- routine & preventive maintenance • To check oil level in the compressor, if less then oil to be charged in to the compressor. • Check liquid sight glass to determine the shortage of refrigerant if any / to check moisture contained in the system. Top up if required. • Inspect system for visible signs of leaks. If found, attend the leaks. If any brazing work involved should be carried out by the contractor at his cost • Inspect & adjust, if required, all safety controls. • carrying out calibration of gauges, temperature , RH sensors etc, wherever caliberation time frame has exceeded • Inspect the condition of refrigerant and drain pipe insulation (drain pipe insulation wherever applicable).To be replaced if found not in good condition. • Condenser inlet air pre-cooling system - to be cleaned, pump repaired (if required), pipig cleaned and other routine and preventive maintenance.
Scope of Work for Insulated Sandwich Panels: • Insulated Panel Structure: Filling of silicon sealant as & where required to stop air leakages if any. • Floor Insulation – checking for gaps created between civil floor and wall insulation and sealing the same with silicon sealant / PUF filling depending on the size of the gap, if created during regular wear and tear or minor damage. • PUF foaming in case condensation due to leakage etc found. Scope of Work for Insulated Doors, Strip and Air curtains, Dock shelters: • Cleaning and oiling of rollers of doors • Gasket checking for leakage. Alignment of gasket if leakage is observed. • Replacement of gasket if gasket is damaged or found in improper condition. • P.V.C. strip Curtains: Replacement of PVC strips if any. • Air Curtains – check the overall condition. Replacement of blower/full unit, if required. • Dock shelter- check for any damage, leackage etc. appropriate action to be taken to so as to make them fully funcational. • Dock leveller: cleaning, lubricating the parts with proper lubracants, All necessary components are adjusted properly to make sure equipment works smoothly and consistently.check fluid level in hydraulic cylinders, top-up/ replace the fluid as may be necessary.
Scope of work for Electrical System: • Transformer: oil condition checking, leakages to be attended, testing of oil for various parameters as per standard practice, Filtration or replacement / top up of oil as per condition of oil, Insulation resistance of the transformer should be checked, Bushings should be cleaned and inspected for any cracks, checking of any loose connections of the terminations of HV & LV side, breather examination. Dehydration of Silica gel if necessary. Explosion-vent diaphragm examination. Conservator to be cleaned from inside. Cleanliness in the Substation yard with all nets, vines, shrubs removed. • DG set: Routine & preventive maintenance of DG sets with AMF panels including maintenance of controlling/protective accessories, battery check. Replace/charge as required. DG set general servicing as per manufacturers recommendation. replacement of filters etc. as required. •HT / LT panels: Check for loose connection of all terminals in the panels, Clean gently the dust by air pressure in side the panels, Check the mounting of CTs for its position, ensure that does not make contact with body, Check for loose connections for all power / neutral cable connections, Check for all the fuses, Check for loose connections of all power cables & control cables of panel, Check for loose connections of cables of meters / contractors, Check the outgoing & incoming phase, neutral connection of circuit breaker, Check the thermal trip of circuit breaker, Check mountings of circuit breaker & tightness of power cables. If anything mentioned above found not normal, same shall be rectified • APFC panel: Cleaning should done by using blower. Microcontroller not working condition to be replaced. Current of each capacitor should be measured and recorded once in month to know healthiness of each capacitor bank. Current should be measured by using clamp tester. If the value of current is less than 50% of the rated value. Capacitor should be replaced with new one. Connections should be checked for any loose connections. • Routine, preventive maintenance of Lighting & Power Distribution Systems. • Routine, preventive maintenance of HT, LT cables & Wirings. • Earth resistance measurement of all the Earth electrodes • Checking, fitting cleaning and fault rectification of the lighting fixtures
Scope of Work for Grading Sorting Line: • Motor - checking of alignment of motors • Bearing at various locations to be checked and oiled / greased wherever necessary • Lubrication to be carried out for all the rollers as necessary to avoid any squeaking noises. • Belt alignment • Pulley conditon checking • Heaters operation check and routine & preventive maintenance for dryer and hot water treatment units. • Washer Unit: water spray nozzels, brushes etc checking and routine maintenance. • Electronic weight sizer: routine & preventive maintenance. • Electrical control panel: routine & preventive maintenance. • Painting of parts wherever necessary to prevent parts from being rusted. Overall the grading sorting machineries are to be cleaned and made ready for use considering that they may be used for export oriented purpose. Parts that are coming in contact with the product during operation should be ensured to be of allowable SS or other food grade material. If any part like motor etc. needs replacement, then the cost of the motor / major part would be borne by the end-user / MSAMB / user but the installation and commissioning of the part shall have to be done as part of this contract and the labour costs and minor accessories for the same to be considered. For this, a site visit for seeing the condition of the equipment is extremely critical.
Evaporative air cooling units: • Remove the filer pads and clean them thoroughly with a pressurized water jet • Water Sump cleaning • Water pump routine & preventive maintenance • Fan and Belts- check condition, preventive and routine maintenace • Air leaks in ducting and Water Leaks- check and attend if any • Electircal & contro System- checking, preventive and routine maintenace
