A-Schedule of work

Hot oil circulation / filtration and dehydration of existing transformer oil at site using suitable hot oil filtration plant, including collection of oil samples and testing BDV before and after Hot 01 oil circulation for each transformer as per the B.I.S specification No.1866/2000 to have minimum BDV value of 40 KV/minute with air gap of 2.5 mm and topping up with new approved transformer oil as required to maintain correct oil level, complete as directed. Note : New Transformer oil if required Will be supplied by Railways

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of new transformer oil temperature 02 indicator (OTI) / dial type thermometer suitable for distribution transformers ranging from 150 kVA to 630 kVA, including dismantling and removal of existing old thermometer, providing necessary fittings/accessories and making good, complete as directed by the Supervisor In-charge.
