Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for brick work but except brick with sub class ‘B’ bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed Note:- Bricks obtained from item No 01 shall be reused after cleaning.

M&L for Brick work with sub-class `B' brick straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls/ ceilings etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surface with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finished fair complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch ‘A’.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surface on internal surface finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Factory made Pre-cast Reinforced cement concrete as shon in Drg No GE/Misc /45,sheet 1/1 dated 17 Apr 2024 (design mix) M-25, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in slabs supported in floors,roofs,landings,deck slabs and in shelves and cover (for manholes and drains) including necessary form work set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia orsecuring with clip complete all as specified and directed.

De-silting/cleaning of drain bed from grass/loose earth/roots etc and removing the same outside MD land at safe places complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 B-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface chanel and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or chennel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete unsing extra cement including forms moulds, mitred/stopped ends and add for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above and add for each 25m Girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm complete

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked.
