Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as spade work, pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft and hard rock chieselling / wedging out rock where blasting is prohibited and in saturated soil etc. in all leads and lifts, stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in fifteen centimeters layers, when required into plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete by using M-10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size )complete in all respect within all leads and lifts complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work DESIGN MIX M30 not less than 1:1:2 (1 cement: 1 sand :2 crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. and the like mass concrete.

Columns, pillars posts and struts upto all heights.

Lintels, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto all heights.

Stair cases (except spiral stair cases) excluding landing but including preparing of the surface and finishing of nosing upto all heights.

Arches

Suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and contilever upto floor two level complete in all respect and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.10 mtrs. thickness) including attached pilasters, buttersses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30 x 30 x 5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :-

Foundation, footings, basis of columns etc. and mass concrete.

Columns, pillars, posts and struts Circular or curved in plan upto all heights.

Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings,cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 Mtr. in depth in all heights from floors.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like. Floors etc. upto 200 mm in thickness upto all heights..

Stair cases with sloping or stepped soffits excluding landing upto all heights..

Providing form work of ordinary timber plankings so as to give a rough finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceililng not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Arches upto 6 metres span complete in all respect and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint In gratings, framed guard bars, ladders, railling, brackets and similar works within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Sand : 6 graded stone aggregated 20mm nominal size) including carriage of materials and as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing under layer for plinth protection of 75mm thick (unconsolidated) bed dry brick/stone aggregated 40mm nominal size with rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground including carriage of materials and as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing MS manhole cover of 500 mm dia with frame (Medium grade duty) weight of cover and frame to be not less than 46 Kg.

Fixing inlet, outlet, over flow and scour pipe of GMS pipe of following internal dia (medium grade) including extra carriage within all leads and lifts and as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, fixing and welding of MS flanges confirming to BIS code 6392-1971 table -5 below noted diameter (Latest with upto date ammendments) Welding of M.S. flanges on G.I. Pipe on both ends according to relevant BIS standard and detailed technical specifications) and provided with nuts and bolts of required size complete. within all leads and lifts and as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing sluice valve (With hand wheel) as per IS -780 class for following dia (including brass spindle and as per IS; 2906 class -II including M.S. Flanges, bolts, nuts, rubber insertion etc. complete in all respects including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Outlet pipe 100 mm dia (Distribution)

Scour pipe 100 mm dia.

Providing and fixing of water measuring gauge of standards design complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing of sky lightening arrestor complete in all respect in all leads and lifts including carriage and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of vent opening including cowl with mesh in the top of the tank complete in all respect in all leads and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt,dust and remains of loose powdered material in all leads and lifts and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
