Name of Work: TRANSPORTATION OF INDANE CYLINDERS IN VERTICAL POSITION ON UNIT RATE BASIS EX. LPG BOTTLING PLANT Nagaon (Pvt), Assam.

Tender Ref. No: RCC/ERO/37/2020-21/PT-152 1. Party should quote by selecting EXCESS or LESS in the dropdown box and thereafter filling the percentage rate in figures only without any condition. In case party is intending to quote “at Par”, party must quote “0” in the space provided. Leaving the designated space for quoting percentage rate blank shall be taken as quoted “at par”. The party in their own interest should tally the quoted rate in words and quoted amount (in figures) which is displayed at the bottom of price bid sheet and calculated as per % rate quoted by the party. Name of bidder must also be provided at appropriate place in price bid. The band in this case is (+/-) 5%. Bidders quoting beyond this band will be summarily rejected. Bidders must ensure not to copy and paste figures /text from other excel-sheets / cells in Price Bid / BOQ, else their bids will be summarily rejected. 2. Rates are to be quoted on plus or minus percentage basis of the estimated rates provided by the Corporation. The quoted percentage is applicable to all the categories of rates. The estimated rates provided are inclusive of all taxes (except GST), upto the date of closing of the tender, loading/ unloading/ stacking/ destacking at both ends. Toll, cess charges are not included and to be reimbursed seperately. 3. Scanned/Photocopy of Price bid are not acceptable and such bids shall be summarily rejected. BOQ (Bill of Quantity) is to be submitted after making entries in coloured cells only, without changing any format. 4. Duly filled Price Bid is to be uploaded in the Financial Packet only. Else in case of uploading of Price Bid in wrong place other than Financial Packet or changing the format of Price Bid, the entire Bid of the tenderer will be liable for rejection.
