Demolition of Cement Concrete (Unreinforced) in ground floors an pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Pre-cast concrete block walling built in Cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of floor or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and removing the rubbish from the premises. complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters of any description not exc 1.50 sqm each without taking off shutter from the fram including removing to or from store complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item no 5 but exc 1.50 but not exc 4.00 Sqm each.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1 Sqm but not exceeding 2 Sqm each, including removing to or from store complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugaed steel sheeting any gauge, thick ness from roof covering or in cladding complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Taking down plastering in cement mortar of any description incl racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing with water etc. completer all as speicfied and directed by engr in charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness size quality or description) complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing with all connections in bore of pipe 15mm including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Non skid colour ceramic tiles 7to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 15 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Vetrified light colour ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 15 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Glazed ceramic white tiles (300x200)x6mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting and dado, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed over & including 10 mm thick backing coat for fixing of tiles in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for chequred cement concrete tiles 20 cm X 20 cm and 25mm thick over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.
