PART 1 : SCRAP/SALVAGE VALUE AFTER DEMOLITION OF RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS AND HOSPITAL OLD RAMP AT KURUL & KIHIM TOWNSHIP IN RCF THAL. (Scope includes Take away the scrap like old reinforcement steel, M.S. grills, wooden doors, windows, and ventilators, CI & GI Pipes, Plumbing fittings. UCR, Brickwork, civil debris, old electrical wiring etc. after demolition of Buildings as per Spcial Conditions mentioned in Annexure XVI of NIT) All material like old reinforcement steel, M.S. grills and GI Pipes shall be weigh on RCF weigh scale at RCF Thal factory whereas other material like wooden doors, windows, ventilators, CI pipes. UCR, Brickwork, debris, old electrical wiring etc. shall be taken away without weight. Payment to RCF for scope (mentioned in Annexure XVI of NIT) based on scrap/salvage weight of old reinforcement steel, MS Grill and GI pipes from demolition work.Payment shall be base on actual quanities.

PART 2 ; FIXED DEMOLITION COST OF Rs. 17.15 LAKHS (EXCLUDING GST) FOR RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS AND HOSPITAL OLD RAMP AT KURUL & KIHIM TOWNSHIP IN RCF THAL. (Scope includes Demolition of Buildings as per Spcial Conditions mentioned in Annexure XVI of NIT). For demolition, on completion of demolition and site clearance, Invoice of demolition work given by Party.
