Excavation in foundations,trenches etc. in earth work, lift upto 1.50 mtr stacking the excavated soil not more than 3.00 mtr clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with a lead of 20 mtrs complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) excluding cost of form work in :- foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in:- Foundation and plinth.

Providing & Laying Cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :

Foundation footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

Columns, pillars posts posts and struts upto floor two level.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-30 grade cement concrete for rainforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix,including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixture in recomended proportion as per IS:9103-1999 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve work ability without imparing strength and durability as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.(Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @340 kg/Cum. "Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable /recoverable separately)

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work i/c bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level (tor steel)

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm.so as to give a fair finish including centring,shuutering,strutting and propping etc. With wooden battens and ballies,height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs.and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillaster buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like with in all leads and lifts.

Foundation, footings basis of columns etc. and mass concrete.

Columns, pillars, posts and struts. (Square, rectangular or polygonal in plan) (detail of cost for an area in contact 4.00x0.30x3.50=4.20 sqm)

Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floor, roofs, landing and the like : Floors etc. upto 200mm thickness.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls. (Under 20cm wide)

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of read lead paint.:- In beams joists, channels, angles, tees, flats with connection plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams hip and jack rafters purlins connected to common rafters and the like.

Providing & Fixing 200mm wide CI Rungs with chequarred/ribbed non slip surface i/c fixing in manhole with 200x200x100 mm cement conc.1:3:6 (1cement:3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing welding and fixing of M.S. flanges @ 1% of joints, conforming to following tables as per IS 6392-2020 (Latest with up to date amendments) and welding of MS flanges with GMS pipes in three layers i.e two layer on outer faces and one layer on inner faces to make the joint leak proof (The cost of proving and laying of pipes and butt welded joints to be measured and paid for separtely). The welding of flanges shoild conform to IS 816-1969 with electrodes as per IS: 814-2004 and required number of nuts and bolts conforming to IS 1364 (20023), the thickness of gasket not less than 3.00 mm conforming to IS 2712-1998. The work shall be done as per entire satisfactio of Engineer in Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Laying, Jointing, and Testing in trenches 150mm Dia centrifuglly cast ductile iron (spun) pressure pipe with socket & spiogot confirming to BIS:8329/2000 in standards length of 6 mtr. for classification class K-7 suitable for Tyton (push on joint)( rubber gasket D-jointing with cement motor lining inside the pipe including bends of joints of all digrees, tee, collers and tapers (if required) crosses, short pieces plugs of required numbers, cutting of pipes, chamfering where required (earth work in trenches and jointing of pipes to be measured and paid serately) including carrige.

For house connection & outfall pipe

Providing, Laying and Jointing in trenches double socket D.I bends (Medium class) and D.I socket of 150mm dia including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per IS-1538-1993 D.I bends 150mm dia.
