"Using TMT bars of specified grades all dia. bars TMT bars confirming to IS 1786. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials."

Providing Structural steel work using angles, channels, joists and other sections, welded and / or bolted in built up sections for trusses , structural steel floors, frame works, monorails and other structures including supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Notes : 1. The contractor shall supply documentary evidence of purchase of steel, Test certificate from approved manufacturers and also third party testing from approved laboratories with out any extra cost. 2. Welding weights, connections, bolts and nuts shall not be measured for payment but the cost of which shall be deemed to have been included in the rates. 3. Welding Electrodes manufactured by M/s. Advani Oerlicon / ESAB India & D& H of specified suitable grade only shall be used. 4. Holes to be drilled only by Drilling machines and gas cutting of holes are not permitted. 5. Providing and constructing Random Rubble masonry using spotless black trap or approved local stone in foundation and plinth in C.M 1:6 (using 100% Manufactured Sand) including raking out joints or simultaneous flush pointing below ground level / plinth level, including levelling the masonry with cement concrete 1:6:12, curing etc. complete as per drawings and specifications.
Providing and fixing 75 mm thick Non Asbestos Fiber Reinforced Aerated Cement / Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) Concrete Sandwich wall panels of bulk density of 690 - 876 kg/cum of approved manufacturers , made out of Light Weight Fiber Reinforced Aerated Cement Concrete Core Composed of Portland Cement, Fly Ash Binders etc. / Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) Concrete core and 4 to 5 mm thick Non Asbestos Fiber Cement Boards on either Side of the Core having a Tongue and Groove joint on Longitudinal side of the Modules. These panel Modules are to be erected / Installed using Galvanised Iron Steel Tracks of suitable section as per manufacturers specification at bottom and Top of the Wall respectively, including all necessary material required for erecting and fixing the Wall Panel complete as per the directions of the Engineer in Charge. For permanent and exterior joints the paste of Sodium Silicate and Fly Ash / Cement to be applied at Tongue and Groove Interlocking Joints and on exposed joints with Acrylic Putty and Fiber Tape on both sides all as per design, drawing and specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes: 1. Structural steel used for support if any required shall be paid in relevant item. 2. Necessary cut-outs for Doors & Windows shall be made in the wall paneling. The rate shall be inclusive of all materials & Labour required for making cut-outs and additional GI channel frame work. No deductions will be made for the cut-outs for measurement purpose.
Providing and constructing Brickwork in cement mortar 1:4 using crushed sand with Fly ash / Fly ash Lime bricks with minimum 70 kg / Sq. cm strength of approved make and size in Sub structure including, scaffolding, raking out joints, curing, cleaning complete all as per specifications and drawings.
Providing 20 mm thick External plastering in two coats under layer 12 mm thick with C.M 1:4 (using crushed sand) finished with a top layer 8 mm thick in C. M 1:3 (using crushed sand) including approved water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications, sieving of sand to required fineness, scaffolding up to 10 meters height, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
Providing and fixing Glazed VITRIFIED floor tiles /skirting tiles of approved make in different sizes conforming to IS 15622 in all colours and shades in Glossy or Matt or satin finish laid over a bed of minimum 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (using Crushed sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry including grouting with the joints with white cement based Tile Grout of approved make and matching shade complete as per patterns, drawings and specifications complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing anodized aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC / neoprene gasket required filling the gaps using silicon grout sealant etc. (fittings glazing and paneling shall be paid for separately)

Providing and fixing in position suspended false ceiling using G.I. exposed ceiling suspension system of grid size 600mm x 600mm with main runner 38mm x 24mm, Cross Tee 27mm x 24mm and wall angle 22mm x 24mm. Using 4mm thick ( High pressure steam cured), pre-painted, self-embossed, reinforced designer cement boards (Ivory) of Lake and Hill/Oceanic/Cascade/Electra texture, conforming to IS 14862:2000 Type B Category III, to be placed in a grid of G.I. system duly suspended with 3m dia G.I./M.S bar hanger fixed with steel dash fasteners or iron Purlins from the roof with adjustment clip. The main runners to be secured to structural soffit by hanger @ 1200mm maximum c/c. The last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be placed at more than 450mm from the adjacent wall. Flush fitting 1200mm Cross Tee to be interlocked between main runners @ 600 c/c so as to form 600mm x 600mm or grid. Provide provisions for light fixtures, air conditioning ducts and diffusers, fire alarms, sprinklers or smoke detectors etc. as per the drawing and directions of engineer in charge.
Providing and fixing FRP door shutters flush door / paneled type with plain colour or wooden veneer finish of approved make, design & colour. made out of 1.5 mm thick FRP skin moulded over wooden frame work of 40 mm wide and required thickness wooden styles and minimum 100 mm wide lock rails and wooden blocks for door stoppers, tower bolts, baby latch, aldrop, handles etc. wherever required and core filled with Polyurethane Foam and fixing with 4 Nos 100 mm (ISI marked) stainless steel hinges with S.S. wood screws aluminium Bow handles, 2 Nos of Aluminium 75 mm Baby latch complete all as directed at by the Project Engineer. 35 mm thick paneled door type of approved colours including the cost of 100 mm ISI marked heavy quality stainless steel butt hinges with necessary screws.
Providing and fixing anodised aluminium aldrops ISI marked of size 300 X 16 mm transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and Painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade over a primer coat. Including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
Supplying, fabricating, testing, transporting, handling and erecting at required positions and levels metal roofing and canopy roofing including flashings and insulation etc. as per approved drawings and design complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including all consumables comprising of the following: Double skin insulated standing seam roofing system comprising of 0.50 mm thick colour coated / bare Al-Zinc Alloy coated steel 0.50 mm with overall width of 400 to 500mm by seaming for 100% water tightness on outer face and 0.50 mm thick inner linear sheet with galvalume sheet profile and physical material properties as specified. These sheets shall be fixed on specially reinforced polyamide or acetylate anti friction di electric brackets at every location for permitting unhindered, free sheet movement at all required locations. The profile shall have a special in built drainage joint at side laps to make it fully watertight even in fully submerged condition.
