M&L for Overhauling centrifugal/monoblock pump set of capacity upto 10 to 20 HP after removing from base plate disconnecting from pipe line and dismantling pump set, replacing US gland packing, gun metal bush, bearing and water seal and applying grease etc, reassembling the pump set and refixing back on the base plate and connecting with existing pipe line with nuts, bolts and new gasket including dismantling the motor, cleaning the rotor, starter, varnishing, backing etc and reassembling the motor and painting motor and pump sets including suction and discharge pipe line with one coat of paint with spray painting also connecting the existing cable etc. including testing the pump set for full satisfaction of in-charge, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting, removing, dismantling and rewinding of electric motor induction type three phase 415 Volts 50 Hz AC supply with supper enameled copper wire of suitable gauge including varnishing, reassembling/ re-fixing, connecting, commissioning and testing complete of 15/20/30 HP capacity pump motor, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes:- Spare Parts shall be measured and paid separately.

Disconnecting, removing, dismantling and rewinding of electric motor induction type three phase 415 Volts 50 Hz AC supply with supper enameled copper wire of suitable gauge including varnishing, reassembling/ re-fixing, connecting, commissioning and testing complete upto 40/50 HP capacity pump motor, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. M&L for earthing complete including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil with galvanized steel earth plate electrode size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-1 connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by galvanised iron 40 mm dia. light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm ore medium grade PCC pipt with pre cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt funnel etc. including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : (i)The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 tye C-1, 40 mm thick pre cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm TMT bars @10 cm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in liew of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No.5 of MES SSR Part-1 (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 m GI pipe for protectio of earth strip. (iii) PCC pits shall be provided atleast 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pipt itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends , elbows etc. shall be deemed to be included in the quoated rate. M&L for Overhauling air compressor set of capacity upto 3 HP with dismentling air line, motor, electric connection, belt, etc. Replacing belts, replacement of bearings, replacement of compressor oil, oil seal, servicing of sefty valves, servicing of cylinders. Reconnection of the motor and painting cylinders, air tank and pipe line with one coat of paint with spray painting also connecting the existing cable etc. including testing the compressor set for full satisfaction, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
