Jacketing of Column Excavation upto the Foudation of column approx @ 1.5 mtr depth and 2.5mtr width, 2.5 mtr length below the ground level .Providing,fixing and removal of props and jack at site as per requirement with all safety norms.props using MS pipes and coupler for supporting beams underside.The pipe should not be less than 40NB (B-Class) will be removed minimum 7 days after completing of jacketing work.

Chipping of Plaster/Concrete Upto cover: Chipping of plaster/concrete upto cover only for making better bonding in between old and new concrete including tapering all edges upto 50mm thickness.and loose concrete upto any depth.

Supply and apply of rustremover cum passivator to remove rust from existing reinforcement, Product: SikaRustoff 100 or equivalent, Consumption: 0.2kg/m2/coat, Density: 1.01 kg/l at 30 deg celcius

Supply and apply a cement based polymer modified rebar corrosion protection system to existing reinforcement Product: Sika Top Armatec 108 or equivalent, Product requirements: Carbonation resistance: 2mm of SikaTop Armatec 108 corresponds to 20mm of normal mortar ; bond strength> 1N/mm2 according to ASTM C 882-78

P & F of Extra L-type or U-sahpe shear rebar connector 8mm Providing extra rebar with Hilti/Fischer/Sika Anchor fix chemical including power drilling ,cleaning of holes, then rebars should be inserted in holes that should be filled with epoxy to ensure the bond and straightning, cutting , bending, placing in position, binding with GI wire of 18 gauge. Complete in all respects

Complete in all respects as per drawing.

Providing extra reinforcement with TMT bars as per site design requirement including straightning, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding with G.i. wire of 18 gauge etc. complete in all respects. Additional reinforcement with adequate lap length & rings at required spacing shall be tied with existing reinforcement using binding wire or welded complete as per site requirements and direction of EIC.

VERY LOW VISCOSITY EPOXY INJECTION Drilling and fixing injection packers in RC members including,Drilling Holes: Drilling holes in structural members at the intervals as per recommendation of engineer in charge.Cleaning of holes: Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles.Fixing of Packers: Insert 12 mm dia., 50~75 mm long injection packers in cleaned holes with moisture insensitive epoxy resin based putty or equivalent.Cutting of Packers: Cut the packers by cut of wheel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

Supply a epoxy resin based injection grout.Product: Sikadur®-52 SLV or equivalnet, Viscosity: 350 Cps at 25 degree celcius Mixed Density: 1.15 kg/l at 25 deg celcius Product requirements: bond strength >10 N/mm2 or concrete failure according to ASTM C 882 at 30 deg celcius; compressive strength >90 N/mm2 (25 degree celcius) according to ASTM D 695.

Repair of Slab Chipping of Plaster/Concrete Upto cover: Chipping of plaster/concrete upto cover and any loose concrete upto any depth for making better bonding in between old and new concrete including tapering all edges upto 25mm thickness.and any loose concrete for rebning

Providing, fixing and removal of scaffolding at site as requirement with all safety norms, scaffolding using MS pipes and couplers for accessing all the surfaces of the floor beams underside and slab soffits from inside. The pipe size should not be less than 40 NB medium (B-class).

Bond Coat: Supply and apply Sika Latex or equivalent as a bonding agent in the ratio of 1:2 (Latex:Cement)

Site Mixed PMM Treatment: Providing, mixing and applying polymer modified cement mortar in layers, each layer not exceeding 20 mm thick,upto 50 mm thick. Including towelling and wooden tools etc. Polymers like Nitobond AR of Fosroc or equivalent shall be mixed in proportion of 1:5:15 (Polymer: Cement: River sand) or as specified.
