Demolition of brick work / stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material & Labour for Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ burnt clay old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per serial item no.2.00 here-in- before but but except bricks Note: Bricks shall be obtained from serial item no.1.00 here-in - before for use in this item.The bricks shall be used in this item after proper cleaning . The rate of cleaning of bricks is included in this item nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Material & Labour for Walling of random rubble stone , uncoursed , well bonded,bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per the description of item No 4.00 here-in- before but except stones, complete all as specified and as directed.Note: Stone shall be obtained from serial item no.1.00 here-in - before for use in this item.The Stone shall be used in this item after proper cleaning . The rate of cleaning of Stone is included in this item nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in bands, bedding, benching of manholes, coping, surface channel, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note:- Inner girth shall only be measured for payment. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:3:6 , Type C2 , using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick wall or concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc and including removing rubbish material from site and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE/JE) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 20 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick-work or on one side of lathing in Cement Mortar 1:4 , finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
