Hiring of 1 no. Diesel Generating Set of capacity 25 KVA at 0.8 P.F., 415 Volt, 3-phase, 4-wire, 50Hz complete with Air cooled radiator type 1500 RPM Diesel Engine in sound attenuated with acoustic weather proof enclosure conforming to present CPCB norms and certification, base frame, self-starting devices, sealed maintenance free starting batteries, battery charger, Engine with local control panel with equipment and instruments mounted on the engine frame, Diesel fuel tank of required capacity inlet outlet and draining points with necessary piping, full tank fuel oil, level indicator, first fill of lube oil, silencer, top cover mounting stand complete, silencer, AVM rubber footings, self-regulated and self-excited brushless type of continuous output 25 KVA at 0.8 PF, 3 Phase 4 wire, 415 Volts 50 HZ at 1500 RPM with automatic regulator and speed control governor, FUEL SYSTEM Supply and Installation of MS Class C Pipe with required dia with bends, flanges packing as required. Supply and fixing of the set of Fuel Pipe fittings like valves, tees, elbows, etc. CABLE & EARTHING SYSTEM Required size of power & control cable, but the system earthing considering the existing scope & site situation as required to complete in all respects. Complete D.G. set as stated above with DG base foundation. Required fuel after supplying a full tank of oil-loaded DG set will be supplied separately as per site & trial running requirements. Operations Personnel are included under the scope of the Hiring Agency. The rate will be inclusive of DG set hiring charge, supply of diesel and mobil as necessary, operation of manpower, and maintenance of the DG. No additional cost will be provided except for the quoted value.

Exhaust System required size MS Black Pipe Class B complete with Bends & Flanges, etc. Required size & thickness (ID: 80MM and OD 88.9MM) MS Vertical Exhaust pipe complete with bends and flanges, etc. Thermal Insulation on horizontal & vertical pipe with Mineral Wool of required thickness, wire mesh, and required gauge aluminum cladding, etc. MS Self-Support structure. Aluminum cladding of residential silencers, Flexible Bellows. Lightening Arrestors (considering single stack).

Supply and installation of 3½C, 35sqmm XLPE Insulated 1.1KV Grade armoured aluminum cable with necessary support, in ground including excavating soil and refilling the trench with necessary brick protection or in ready trench or in wall necessary saddling or chasing wall surface and making good the damages.

Making Termination of 1.1KV Grade cables as above, including supplying of all termination materials, compression type brass cable glands, sockets ( AL sockets and G.I bolts, nuts for AL cables), Bolts, nuts

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work (1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe.

S & F Lightning conductor Air-terminals made of 15 mm dia 1500 mm long GI pipe (ISI Medium) having five prongs of 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire at top with 85 mm dia 6 mm thick GI base plate at bottom incl. necessary holes, etc. duly grouted on the parapet, etc. in CC mortar (4:2:1)

Maintenance-free Chemical Earthing with dual pipe flat Technology, 80 mm dia. 3 meter long with chemical Compound. Model: G803

Supplying and fixing vertical run with 25 x 6 mm GI flat on wall etc proper saddles not exceeding 2'-0" (0.6 mtr) apart, including making bolted connections with air terminals etc, including mending good damages (inclusive of hiring charges of scaffolding).

Supplying and fixing 25 x 6 mm GI flat from earth installation to test point partly 30 cm below ground level and partly above ground on wall including supplying and fixing 40 mm bore GI protection pipe (Class-B) filled with compound and making connection at terminal ends with nuts, bolts and washers etc and mending good the damages.
